There is nothing to dislike.

We have stayed before. The location is close to the Oriente Train station. For overnight stays, the airport is only a 10 minute taxi ride. The staff are absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms are spotlessly clean, as is the whole hotel. The breakfast has something for everyone. Will be staying again.

Really thought the pool would be heated at least until certain times before summer.. even now last week of may was warm days but very windy so it's wasn't so pleasant that part.

Lifts slow. Some miscommunication regarding a paid late check-out between staff members meant we had 3 separate dealings regarding this instead of being a quick procedure.

Extremely comfortable bed, lovely shower, beautiful overall look to the general areas. Breakfast was sensational.

We only stayed at the hotel for 1 night, so were not able to check out other things the hotel has to offer. But the time we were there is was lovely. I would definitely return back.

Great hotel and the location was perfect. The underground parking was a bonus and more importantly the staff were so great. Our check in was fairly late due to our late arrival into Lisbon, but JoAnna was amazing - so helpful and so supporting. JoAnna Thank you for all your help.

Had not really checked the facilities and the rooftop bar and pool were amazing. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very close to all the restaurants on the coastline at Parques da Nações.

As remote workers without a shared office space, we travel a lot for team meetings and activities. Out of all the hotels we've visited, this one was a top favorite, if not the favorite. The rooftop bar, complete with a swimming pool and an awesome view, is just the perfect combo! At first, we were apprehensive about not staying in the center of Lisbon, but we're so glad we didn't. The hotel is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, convenient public transport, a shopping mall, and a beautiful riverside walk lined with bars. Initially, we weren't going to have breakfast, but it looked so good we couldn't resist. It tasted even better than it looked. The highlight, though, was the staff. Super friendly and patient, they made the trip extra special. Thanks for everything!

We stayed in many five star hotel previously. This one definitely aren’t! Don’t have walk-in shower and Bathtub do not have any anti-slippery mat, very unfriendly for our aged guests. Also the hairdryer A bit risky to use it, photo attached. Another thing we don’t like this room is lack of benchtop or table for we stayed in there for four days. If we stayed in one night is okay for any condition…

Stayed last night before flying home,close to airport.We went out for an evening meal and on returning the guest lifts were all out.A queue of guests were escorted to the staff lift.Next morning on leaving early for airport,we had to use the staff lift again as issue hadn’t been resolved.(lucky we knew about the staff lift and it was working.)Unfortunately this influenced my review obviously but otherwise we loved the room,shower,etc,thought the price was fair for 5star.

Very spacious, clean, and well-equipped room. The bedding is very comfortable. The train station is close by. The airport is only 8 minutes by car. There is a major shopping mall right by the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff, cracking jobs at check-ins and making you feel welcomed. Wish I stayed longer and can use some of their facilities.

Hotel was amazing with friendly professional staff. Close to the river with all the restaurants and expo centre. Large shopping centre and railway nearby. Perfect for transport links as was a quick taxi to airport in the morning. The vie from the room and rooftop area was stunning The room itself was huge. With a large king-size bed. One of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in.we were on the 14th floor. Room was well equipped.

It is a nice, modern hotel. It is very clean, and the staff is attentive and professional. It is a little away from the historical centre. Internet very fast, for business stays a proper desk in the room is missing.

The details say there is 24-hr room service but this is not the case. Getting room service on the phone was challenging. We had to go to the front desk to order. However, food was delicious!

We went for a concert at the MEO arena. The hotel is located perfectly within walking distance to the arena and to many great restaurants. The hotel is beautifully decorated and staff is very attentive.

We had for a second time, a very pleasant stay at Eurostars Universal Hotel. Everything was perfect (thanks to the upgrading to the 15th floor). Very confy bed, great view, calm and good insonorised room. Maybe the girl at breakfast pay more attention at what the client explains because it’s quite annoying to tell her one thing that she forgets one minute later.

I wouldn’t stay in this location again however the hotel was nice

Convenient if you need to get to Lisbon airport early in the morning. Not a good location if you want to explore Lisbon historical sites!
