Lifts were too slow and too few. Had to wait ages sometimes. Not much else to complain about.

Wonderful location. Metro outside the door made travel so easy. So many of the sights within walking distance. Dining room staff really nice. Could have been wee bit more variety at cooked items, although all very enjoyable. Public transport buses and trains enabled us to see so much of areas outwith centre. So clean and cheap to use. Would go back to this Hotel and lovely avenue. Great situation too if you like to go back for afternoon rest.

The only thing I would ask they improve is the gym, it would be better to have some heavier weights and squeeze in a resistance machine or two.

This is a great hotel and the room was very quiet, we had an amazing night's sleep every night. It's in a central location near some great restaurants and honestly couldn't fault it.

We booked single beds and when we arrived it was a double, we informed reception and they said they would send someone to separate the bed and change to singles, that never happened they didn’t seem to care that we didn’t get what we booked

Spa treatments are pretty expensive

Excellent hotel. Big rooms, with sound prof windows. Located in one of the main squares and 3 min walk from the old city. Has a pool and a gym that is available for free for hotel guests. We used the spa area to shower before leaving to the airport after we checked out. Good breakfast and also an option for a a la cart diner and a nice bar in the hotel lobby.

The comforters on the bed were very thick, making it difficult to sleep without becoming too hot during the night even on cool nights. Additionally, the two small elevators were very slow given the number of rooms in the hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location in the central area of Porto with great rooms and staff. The bathroom rain shower is one of the best we've experienced in all of Europe. The breakfast buffet is not elaborate and the coffee is not easy to come by, but the experience is nevertheless enjoyable.

Our room was not serviced properly on the morning of our last nights stay. Coffee was not replenished and beds were hastily made up

The hotel is superb... Very clean and very modern. The suite we stayed in was nicely laid out and very comfortable. We did not have the break fast so cannot comment on that.

This was the perfect hotel for a Porto visit. Conveniently located near good restaurants and shopping on Rue de Santa Catarina as well as the Bolhao Market. The hotel was stunning, with exquisitely designed interiors. The breakfast was a little pricey and we didn't try it but there were plenty of other great cafés nearby. The staff was so helpful in orienting to Portugal (this was our first stop). Can't wait to go back!

Great location, spacious room and bathroom and comfy beds. The breakfast was tasty and complete, (especially the cheese options and pastries). The staff was very kind and willing to offer their services in Breakfast and in the reception. The view from the balcony was great overlooking the whole Aliados area and City hall. The entrance escalators to the metro station is literally outside the hotel.

During our holiday we stayed in 5 hotels, in Spain : in Seville, in Malaga, in Almunecare, and then in Lisbon and this hotel in Porto was the nicest, No1 ! ...nice room, the cleanliness, the bathroom and the breakfast were great, comfortable madrasas, slept great, the room was soundproofed as it's right next to a famous monument, we got a welcome drink, the staff at the bar was very nice gentleman.

Elevator took a while to come up or down. The elevators are a bit small so we would have to wait two or three times to be able to fit a family or 5 to head down to the lobby.

The property was clean, spacious and in a great location. The staff were attentive and very helpful. It was about a 10 minute walk to the main part of the city.

The pool is very small.

The location couldn’t have been better for sightseeing and staying in Porto. The staff were always helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was great and has included also regional food. I only can recommend the hotel.
