The atmosphere in the lobby could be updated a little.

The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was great and the receptionists were helpful and nice. The proximity to the metro station is a great plus.

Everything was perfect, the lady at the desk helped me solve a big issue. The night before there was an important football match and I had an early flight. Usually from there, you take an Uber in 5 min and it's very close to the airport. That morning Lisbon was full of people around celebrating from the evening before, and everyone was looking for Uber or Taxi. So no one was available, the lady at the desk that morning managed to call a friend/taxi driver for me at 5 in the morning. She saved my flight and I was happy to pay a big tip to the taxi driver. Honestly, without her, I wouldn't get home on time. Thanks again, I'm sorry I don't know the name. She is really helpful and supportive.

I dislike that most hotels have comforters on the bed. Too hot! A sheet would be much more comfortable and suitable for summer.

It was by a busy street therefore at night time it was a bit noisy. Not too bad but if you're a light sleeper it's something that will affect pm you.

A bit expensive, Not enough space in the breakfast room (tables around us were cleaned during the service in order to save space & time), the VELUX window was fully locked during the entire stay due to external cleaning procedures, the shower head wasn't working properly

Hotel is right next to a main road and the sound-proofing is very bad meaning I could hear every single vehicle going past all day and night making it very difficult to sleep, check out is 11am which is a bit strange considering their check in is 2pm and you are made to wait if you came any earlier and there is no fitness centre (gym) at the hotel.

Excellent staff with exceptionally good communications skills (English), was very surprised by that considering I went over from Barcelona where staff at the hotel struggled communicating in any language but Spanish, room was very clean, bed was comfy and the TV channels had a good selection of English-speaking channels too

A fuze was blown in our room, and we were without power for our cell phones or blow dryer for 24 hours. It took several requests to get it fixed.

The breakfast was very good. The room was a little small by American standards but very clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was excellent and the location close to the metro was great. Definitely would book again if in Lisbon.

We only had two days in Lisbon, one of which was spent on a day tour to Fatima etc - (choose the company with Dimitri - they pick you up from the hotel). Would've loved more time to see the rest of Lisbon.

The check in process took a long time. Room was not ready for 14:00, when check in starts. At 14:30 we also had to wait, because our room was not ready. The breakfast isn’t the best quality and not with wide variation.

The room is clean and big enough. The bed is comfortable. Location is great as metro station is 2 minutes by walk, which is going to the city center. Airport is 30 minutes far.

It’s not that I “ didn’t like it” but I think coffee/ tea facilities in the room would be beneficial. Thanks for the free coffee token which I used but I do think that if this is a cost cutting issue I understand but tea/coffee in rooms would be a good thing

I thought the property was clean, comfortable and for me in a good location of local shops so I could eat out and also go to a supermarket just down the road. The staff were very pleasant, check was fast but I was the only one at the desk 😀 The room had a balcony which enabled me to stand and watch the world go by which I enjoy to do. The room was more than ample for me, met all my needs. Clean and comfortable. It took me a while to work out the shower but to be fair it happens to me a lot in any new shower that is not like mine at home. It was a very good shower. I had seen in previous comments that outside noise was a problem when trying to sleep but to be fair I have never been to a big city where it sleeps on a night. London, Manchester,Glasgow, Johannesburg etc but as part of my travel kit I “ go prepared “ and always have ear plugs. Yes there was a little noise but I kind of like that . The food on the morning was lovely . The bacon was not like my bacon at home but I’m not at home so I decided to try and I liked it. I nearly burnt the toast as it took a while to brown and I went off to do other things ie get some food while it browned and only went and forgot haha. However no fire services were required. Thankfully 🤣 As a lone traveller I felt safe while in the hotel and when I left for a walk about I returned about 10 pm as I felt it was better that I did however the important thing was the hotel made me feel safe and that is very important . I must apologise I have red/pink hair and I sadly left one of your towels with colour residue . Sorry about that. I give the hotel 100% Thank you
