Spacious, comfortable and modern

The only small downside which the owners can do nothing about is the dogs barking. It's relatively quiet during the day but we heard them during the night and early hours of the morning which was a shame.

The villa had all we could need. It was perfect. We always like to explore and so had a hire car which is best for the villa's location. A short drive to lots of lovely beaches. South facing terrace so sun all day long. Beach towels included which was a lovely addition.

the location was further from the resort centre than I realised when booking so initially took a bit of finding. the Location did not impact our stay too much as there are plenty of Uber drivers to get you where you need to go.

We received a warm welcome. The lady was lovely and very informative. the villa was immaculately clean, had everything we needed for a great break. there were a couple of maintenance issues the lady noticed while showing us around, and the repair man was there in minutes and solved the issues, which were possibly due to the previous visitors, not the place itself.

The closest little bar is 1km away, small supermarket is 1.6km away but you need a car, or UBER as we did, to get to Marina (45 min walk or €5 in UBER), old town 6/7 min in UBER €8/€10, New Strip 8 minutes €10 in UBER, Vilamoura 40 mins €40 in UBER. The pool is very much a dipping pool 3m x 3m but is perfect if you want to cool down.

Beautiful villa with plenty of room to sleep 6 people. Spotless clean with lots of amenities and staff are lovely catering for all our needs. A perfect property if looking just to relax beside a small pool, eat in and unwind

The pool was a bit small, and the basement bedroom lacked air conditioning. Other than that, we had a great experience with excellent cleanliness, furnishings, and hosting.

We had an incredible time at this villa! It was spotlessly clean with stylish furnishings that added a touch of elegance. The host was exceptionally helpful, staying in touch to ensure everything was perfect. Communication was a breeze. We highly recommend this villa!

This is not the fault of the property but there was no easily accessible shops/ cafes to walk to. But the Ubers were super for getting around and we utilised these daily.

The villa was really well equipped. Our own pool was just amazing- this was cleaned twice during our stay. The housekeepers also came in during our holiday. The provision of dishwasher tablets and washing capsules and starter coffee pods were all well received. Our elegant host Rui was very welcoming and made sure we had a comfortable stay.

While it wasn't an issue for my family, the stairs to the basement could be an issue for families with young children. The owners of the villa should consider adding an additional rail on the ground floor at the top of the stairs.

Comfortable beds and spotless linen. Plenty of towels, toilet rolls, a couple of hairdryers and fully fitted kitchen - glasses, crockery, cookware and all the utensils required. The washing machine is fully operational and a clothes airer is also provided. The pool cleaner came the evening we arrived. The pool was warm every day the sun shone. A team of cleaners came twice during our 10 night stay - linen and towels also changed. Plenty of storage space to store suitcases and clothes. The patio was very private. Air conditioning in sitting room and bedrooms.

The pool was too small for swimming. It’s really more like a plunge pool.

The outside area is very small , the pool is more of a plunge pool and not much space for loungers and table and chairs we ended up stacking them away to create more space. It was also quite noisy at times as the neighbours are right next door on both sides. You definitely need a car to get around

The toilets don’t have locks on them so you just have to make sure everyone knows it’s in use beforehand, but otherwise fine.

The property was spacious and clean with plenty of helpful amenities e.g washing up liquid, dishwashing tablets, hand wash, clean towels etc. Any small issue we had was resolved immediately without any fuss! We couldn’t fault the property or staff looking after it.
