The room was a bit smaller than in the photos. But I got used to it after one day and overall it was comfortable.

Breakfast was fine, and not expensive. Location was convenient. Nice quiet side-street. The room had everything I needed and was very clean. Above all, the staff was fabulous - kind, helpful, patient.

My room was a bit small, but in compensation it had a few storage spaces that helped keep it neat and tidy and free of clutter.

Very tastefully decorated, lovely staff and good toiletries. The area is quiet and free of noise. Close to transports. Anjos area is very cool. Comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom.

The receptionist did not put enough or satisfying efforts into figuring out whether the announced strike in the public transportation sector the other day would affect the transportation to the airport and couldn't help much. There was a pill on the floor from the previous guests which was only cleaned after a few days of our stay. Room (three-bed room) very tiny and narrow, bathroom very spacious though.

Courier depot across road so you can hear their alerts etc during the night with door open but it didn't disturb sleep with door closed.

Modern facilities in the room. Tv and air con connected to wifi, aircon very good and can cast etc to tv. Great wide head shower, usb ports as well as plug sockets beside bed. Kettle, fridge etc were fine and plenty of storage for a small room. Balcony was perfect for reading outside. Breakfast is simple but nice, the bread rolls are excellent.

Rooms are modern renovated and 20 mins walk to the city centre of Lisbon, My flight was late afternoon and asked receptionist to extend my check out and they managed to do it for extra 1 hour

Would have been great if the rooms were larger, they felt rather cramped especially with luggage lying about. One of the lifts is also really tiny. It's a long walk to the town centre however the Metro is nearby and Uber trips are very reasonable in Lisbon.

The breakfast was quite substantial considering this is a small hotel. The choice was varied offering a continental or hot/cooked options. There was a great range of bread and pastries and drinks too.

The room is very small, but I guess that’s just Lisbon. The lift only went to the 5th floor so you had to walk up the stairs with bags after that

The pictures on the site gave the impression there was a nice outside area which looked like a bar - there is no bar which seems odd for a city centre hotel.

We were in Lisbon on a stag doo so booked this hotel as it was good value and ticked the boxes that we needed. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The location was ok although we used quite a few Uber's over the course of the weekend (they were good value though). Overall we liked the hotel and would recommend it. The staff were all very friendly.

Breakfast was the same everyday Not a child/stroller friendly hotel. Lift too small for stroller and entrance has stairs. Rooms are too small so they dont offer a cot. It’s perfect as a couple without kida.
