There was a 'no outside food or drink' clause that was only communicated after we arrived, and the sauna needs 30m to warm up prior to use. Neither was a big issue, but we would have appreciated communication on those points ahead of time.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, the staff were charming. The location was a great stepping-off point for traveling around the area via car and also offered a beautiful view when we were in the apartment. We highly recommend this stay.

Beautiful place full of books and comfortable sofas in the middle of the countryside but not too far from the beaches. great breakfast with very friendly staff and homemade cakes. the pool and the garden are perfect to relax

Sadly I could not stay longer than one day, but will return!

The breakfast was fabulous, so tasty and generous and kept me going all day! Sadly I could only stay one day as visited nearby friends for a party, but will definitely return with my wife for a longer stay! I walked out into the hills nearby for wonderful views. Everyone was so friendly at your lovely hotel thank you! :-)

Dream Guinho is an incredibly impressive hotel. Despite my familiarity with the area, I was pleasantly surprised by its beautiful wooden design. The staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and well-trained. Everything is perfectly arranged, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. I wish I could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable, offering a breathtaking view of the Malvera mountains and Guincho beach. The breakfast provided was both delicious and plentiful.

The location, the staff and the room were awesome! I was planning to work during the trip so good internet was very important, not only did they have good wifi, they also have a library with amazing ocean views to get comfortable and inspired.

nothing, just a minor point - the signs to access the property are missing so it is quite challenging in the dark. for travellers without a car it is not so easy to arrive

warm welcome and hospitality by Mrs. Sopia and Mr. Juao, we arrived late in the evening and this very nive couple prepared a special dinner for us, very nice place to stay when enjoying the area, great for couples with car

would be best to get here by car, there is lots of parking, it is slightly remote and tricky for local taxi companies to find and also there can be long waits for taxis. only a slight niggle from an otherwise perfect stay.

We had such a fabulous relaxing stay in this beautiful quiet peaceful location. exceptional food and staff, really going the extra mile for customer comfort. food freshly cooked from stunning local ingredients.

Quite expensive; you pay for the exclusiveness of peace and quiet.

Friendly, peaceful, only 8 rooms, friendly staff, like a home. Very new, spacy, nordic architecture with lots of wood. Small pool with plenty of sunloungers and few guests. Welcoming and friendly staff. Nice that dinner could be arranged with home cooked food, not very good the first evening, much better the last with a different cook; quite expensive though. A short drive to the impressing Cabo da Rocca. We recommend Casa do Mar sem fim on our way back from there, excellent lunch, good service, inexpensive.

There was nothing negative about ve to point out.

The staff... Amazingly nice, always available and positively engaging. The decor... Main areas as well as the rooms offer delicious details. The fact that the main theme of the accommodation revolves around books and novels is just great. It is the ideal place to stay and just enjoy calmly and relax from the outside busy world. Definitely a place to revisit and i am much curious regarding how it will be during winter as it should offer the same comfort. We didnt have the chance to try dinner or lunch as we were exploring thr surroundings... But breakfast was always very generous and carefully prepared with a lot of love... The way it should be.

Dirt track entrance could be improved.

The amazing hospitality. Made to feel very special and looked after. Wonderful breakfast and delicious cake and tea made fresh to help yourself to every afternoon. Huge bed with soft sheets and very comfortable. Spa like wet room. Chatting with other guests.

I'm not local, it was not easy to figure out how to get to the hotel, maybe there should be some instructions about this.

The experience in the hotel was great, the owner and the host are very nice and care a lot about guests. The room and the ocean view were great as well.
