We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This property exceeded our expectations from the vast and beautiful lobby that was extremely welcoming to the wonderful amenities including beautiful pool area, fantastic breakfast and great location. Our room was huge. The staff were warm and welcoming. The walk to the Convent of Cristo was only 15 min.

Nice roomy bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast was excellent but had to queue to get a cup of tea when they had coach parties in and we couldn’t get a private table. We just clashed when we ate later it was better. The location was excellent walking distance into Tomar and attractive grounds to walk thru.

Very easy to find and looks awesome on arrival. Ample outdoor parking. Reception area is very spacious and grand. The staff are really very helpful and for those who are visiting for the Templar experience, Francisco is very knowledgeable. The room actually consisted of an entrance lobby, bedroom, bathroom and balcony, so was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide choice and was served in a beautiful dining room, which is also used for evening meals. The evening menu was varied and food delicious. There is a large outdoor pool which wasn't always busy. The hotel is only five minutes walk from the beautiful town centre and ten minutes walk (uphill) from the Templar historical sites. A final mention must be made of after visit care - we left some items behind in our room and the hotel staff kindly packaged them up and posted them home for us. You have to cover the postage cost though.

ALWAYS MY FAVOURITE hotel. Have stayed there numerous times and choose no other! The choice of food for the breakfast meal is wonderful. The staff very helpful. The lobby / reception extremely spacious with lots of sitting areas to receive friends. My minimum stays are 4 days. The beds are ver comfortable and large.

Everything was an extra charge--coffee in room, water in room, PARKING $5.00/day (but only for Booking.com guests). The hotel is in a wonderful location. But I think you must do something about your menu. The food we ordered in the restaurant was not good. Which spoiled our lunch. So we were forced to eat at little restaurants in town. We would prefer to eat at the hotel
