We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe only negative comment I have is that the windows and doors acted as no sound barrier. This was particularly annoying in the morning for us as we were woken early by people coming and going and the cleaners.
Location is perfect, the hotel is about 10-15 min walk to the main restaurants and bars, and harbour. The pool is lovely and quiet. Breakfast exceeded all expectations! Rooms were so spacious with plenty of storage and drawers with a useful fridge.

IrelandFor the price the pool area isn't very good. It's very cramped and the pool is just a plunge pool. Also there's no outdoor bar area - there are seats outside but it doesn't give a relaxing feeling. It's a very good hotel but I felt overpriced slightly for the facilities available
The hotel is really clean and quiet and the staff and breakfast are excellent. The air conditioning is really good - made sleeping a lot easier in the heat. Also the beds are very comfortable and the room we had was very large.Overall a really good stay and just a 10min and all to the centre of town.

This hotel is a gem. It is absolutely spotless with amazing staff. Pools lovely (although chilly). There is a plentiful breakfast. Rooms lovely with everything you could need. An absolute 10/10.

IrelandThe rooms were quite noisy from early in the morning, can hear everything from outside in the hall/corridor and the pathway outside but they do provide ear plugs.
The breakfast was very fresh with lots of variety. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had accidentally booked an extra night at the end which I didn't realize until check in and they kindly refunded me for the final night despite having not selected the option for free cancellation. I would definitely return to this hotel.

United KingdomCity facing rooms can be a little noisy (they do supply ear plugs) at night but we were only there for 1 night before our return home so wasn’t a major issue.
Pleasantly unusual property 15mins walk from the historical centre of Lagos. Lovely decor in rooms and pool area is surrounded by beautiful tiling and greenery - giving you shade in the mornings and sun in the afternoon. Staff very friendly and helpful

United Kingdomcar parking was an issue when we arrived streets very busy but the receptionist (bless her) went with my husband and rental car to find a place which they did literally within a few steps from rear entrance to hotel.
Breakfast was lovely such a choice, room was very comfortable as only there for one night arrived late and left early so not much time to try the facilities. Recommendation for diner from reception was excellent 5 mins walk and great fish and after a days travelling was a welcome.

We booked the junior attic room. Spacious with seating area & separate bedroom. 2 tvs. Air con worked a treat. Large bathroom. Enclosed patio. Breakfast superb. Staff lovely even enabling us to shower on our last day & leave luggage in reception after we had checked out.
