Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was close to the marina. Just 10mins walk And the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. My room was always nice and tidy.. the room and the bed was so comfortable.. i will be back here again..

United KingdomParking is free but limited. However, street parking is available but sometimes hard to find. Not much to dislike although breakfast is an additional cost.
Have stayed here a couple of times before. Good access from airport and short journey. Location is near to the town market with supermarket, cafés, bars, restaurants etc. Walk into centre is only 15 mins or so. Comfortable and functional.

We had a room with a view over Ria de Formosa which was lovely. Room was very light and bright and comfortable and clean. Everything we needed including tea/coffee facilities and the bathroom had obviously recently been refurbished and was excellent. Also all the lights worked which they often don't in hotel rooms. The staff were lovely and helpful and always available. Location was very central which was great. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Staff friendly and helpful. Luggage room to store luggage after check out. Only a 10 minute walk to bars/restaurants and another 5 to the marina.
