Service at the pool bar was a bit slow but it's not the end of tbe world.

The pool and the staff, paticularly Nuno who was a very nice. I love the 4x4 activity from the hotel. The pool are outside is really nice.

I didn't appreciate the fact that even we were having a booking done on one of the restaurants with 30% discount for dinner we were asked to move to a different one as the restaurant was closing and on the new one, where we had also breakfast in the morning, we were having buffet with a fixed price, kids paying 50% of the normal price. Kids are 4 and 6 so they barely eat anything. Also, for the kids activities, I think the cleaning in the closed space could be better and also the toys and all the things used in the activities could need some maintenance. Not able to have any of the spa services as were already fully booked for our stay

The stuff was very nice everywhere - restaurant, hotel, bar, kids activities. The room was spacious and the location was nice, very quiet and with lot of green space around. The food at the breakfast was also diverse and many options for everyone to chose from. We have asked to check in earlier and it was possible. We also asked additional beds for the kids as we were 2 adults and 2 kids and we were only having a bed in the room - this was also possible

I was staying 2 days being a Sunday and a Monday. And they have different times for the breakfast - until 11am on Sunday and until 10h30 on Monday. But the Reception didn't warned us.

Rooms are spacious, confortable. Pool is big and have enough space. It was a good staying.

Hashbrows were soggy. Everything else was great. Wallpaper needs replacing in room as most of it was coming off. My facial at the spa was poor.

Late cleaning / refresh of the bedrooms. Cleaning staff didn’t check / refill the body wash or shampoo even after asking.

Nice breakfast. Good facilities, however there are some details requiring a better maintenance (I.e., wallpaper in the bedrooms). Beautiful landscape and calm environment.

Breakfast was not great, all hot food is cold. A la carte restaurant food was not good at all, better to go outside the hotel to the local Portuguese restaurants. To get towels for the pool should be by the pool not at main reception. The gym has no equipment in there, and some machines they have are broken. No storage wardrobe space at all in a bigger room type. One of the managers could not remember his name has an extremely aggressive tone and was rude, did not get his name.

All my guests for our wedding were happy, it was good for location based on where our wedding venue was. The pool and pool bar are great, food is good as well. It was helpful to have the golf course outside. Room sizes are good. Bruno Alexander & Nuno at the reception check-in so helpful and very polite, great guys. The lady at the spa very helpful, very polite, and was always so helpful. Two gentlemen at the pool bar (Agnos & cannot remember the name of the other gentleman) were very polite and were always so helpful, chatty and interacting with the guests.

The staff didn’t tell us there was a private park for the car. Also failed to say we could have for a towel to use in the pool.

The restaurants and pool bar were lacking. They’ve decreased choice (buffet restaurant) and quality (pool bar). After trying both we decided to start eating outside the hotel. Plenty nice restaurants in town.

Room spacious, comfy and spotless. Sofa bed for the kids also comfy. Breakfast is amazing. Staff is very friendly. Welly Kids is wonderful and they’ve a great outdoor (and indoor) secured space and fun activities for the kids up to 14yo.

The room we were in was in need of some refurbishment. We had to ask to turn off the AC for the night and one of the shower heads was not working.

Airco could have been better in our rooms. Beds are small.

Nice central location. 35 min from Lisbon and beaches. Calm environment. Relaxing atmosphere. Lovely golf course. Well maintained even in the summer.
