I prefer duvets to thin sheets and the snack bar wasn’t open the following morning, other than that everything is great.

The pool and bunk beds are great for kids, we have been before and will be back again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was within walking distance of a lot of shopping and restaurants. Breakfast room was clean and well stocked with good assortment of food choices.

I was a little bit disappointed with the situation, when during booking mentioned one big large bed at the final got 4 separate beds in the room. Staff solved it in 5 minutes, but after 25k walking distance I had to make a lot of actions. You should be aware, that it’s not central location in the beginning of the town.

Standard hotel with nice pool area. I wasn’t impressed by breakfast, so this time I stayed without it. Quite big room (with 4 beds).

Staff at Checkin could have been more friendly and informative- was not shown the WiFi code or told about the facilities, for example there is a pool. There is no information in the room.

Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was a great value for money and the view from the 6th floor where the breakfast was served was amazing. The reception staff was friendly and helpful and we were able to leave the luggage at the reception after checking out.

The breakfast is absolutely not worth the money, very limited selection, no vegetables at all. Mostly sausages/ham, which might be okay for some, but if you don't eat meat, there's nothing worthwhile except for cheese and bread. The offered yogurts are the cheapest ones. Not recommended.

A good hotel at an affordable price. Solid 3 stars. There is a pool (open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

The booking gives the option of double bed or twin when making reservations. Even though I requested double room I've been given twin beds (actually even triple), so the request was ignored. Also, the bathroom had a bit unpleasant smell as the bidet had broken plug. I've been to tired to make fuss about it but pretty sure the complaint would be heard out and corrected. Also one of receptionists weren't to much polite. That was exemption though as rest of staff was great.

Great value for money. Close to Camino trail and pilgrims are welcomed the same as other guests. Nice view. Quiet even it's by busy street. When I had an issue with the locker, it was quickly attended.

The staff could be nicer and more helping. The bartender was difficult to find to get the drinks and cheated us on the bill (probably not on purpose, but no word of apology and returning card overpayment by hand full of coins). You need second key card for your room? Get ready 5 euro deposit. In cash, no excuse - you need to go back to the room from the reception to get the cash. Terrible breakfast ending in one of the kids food poisoned. The worst coffee from 1 week Portugal stay (luckily, there's Nespresso machine at the reception).

The room was spacey enough for 5 and clean. The pool area was nice and easily accessible. Despite the negatives below one need to say that the price was more than OK (forgetting low quality of included breakfast).

The bed was comfortable, good aircondition, nice shower. Super nice with the swimming pools outside and the jacuzzi, and the breakfast with Panorama view over the area was also very nice.
