Window looked onto an interior well, so no sunlight - quite gloomy. Drains in the bathroom were quite smelly.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is within easy walking distance of Arroios metro station. Aircon worked well.

Breakfast was quite small, not that much variety. The television in the room was very small. A couple of the lights in the room weren't working, but it was quite good overall.

The hotel was in a very good location with a few breakfast spots and 2 metro stations within 10 minutes walking distance. The room was a good size and very functional, bathroom was also OK- everything was kept fairly clean.

the fact they gave two twin beds when requesting a queen bed. Also we showed up to the hotel 22min early before check in one I didn't have the time on me but thought we were are very close to and we went to 8 hotel during our trip city to city and never had any issue checking in a few minute early either way it was the way she said it that was rude and rubbed us the wrong way. beside that they were great in responding to booking messages. area not recommend to stay if you have children, drug are sold right next door on our first evening we had someone approach us and ask if we would like any. But that's a Lisboa thing in general. the area I would rate 4 out of 10 for safety.

the bed were comfortable just didn't like that we had two twin put together hate that line in the middle feeling. but the bed are comfortable. The hallways has its charm that looks like your in a boat.

I was there for three days, and it was an unpleasant surprise to find out that the room service did not clean the room at all on the second day. Also, one of the mornings when I was in a hurry, the hotel door appeared to be locked and the reception guy was nowhere to be found for some ten minutes or so.

The breakfast was a simple one with not much of a choice, still, the coconut cake was delicious. The hotel is close to the Arroios metro station, where you can go straight to the center of Lisbon.

The breakfast was kinda basic, but enough. Maybe the rate of refilling could be a bit better, but it wasn't too bad!

There's more than meets the eye in this hotel, was prepared for disappointment when I saw the reception in the basement, was pleasantly surprised with the actual rooms, which were clean and spacious! The location is not exactly central but convenient overall, in a very safe/quiet area overall. The staff was super helpful and friendly as well! Breakfast hours were very convenient too.

I was not sure that it was well cleaned. Found hair in the bath and on the toilet seat which was really disturbing. Could not sleep well as I could hear some water drip and flushing noices the whole night.

Location was good. They provided breakfast. It was okay. Easy check-in process. Staff was friendly and nice..luggage storage available till check-in. I just stayed one night and it was ok.

Room was small but cosy, and balcony was tiny but cute, there are stairs at the front entrance to get inside, but lift to the floors.

Friendly staff most of the time, easy access to breakfast, only 20 min walk or so to waterfront but metro also super close, convenient access to mini supermarket, trams and multiple ATMs. Easy to get to/from airport although cab driver did a bad thing and turned off the meter for the tourist.

The walls are thin so you can hear people in the corridor. Decor is dated but this didn’t affect the comfort!

I stayed there between flights. Its only 10min to the airport and the Uber costs less than 10 euros. The room was comfortable and clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was basic but had all I needed before catching a long haul flight. There is a metro stop nearby which is great for those wanting to go sightseeing. Good value for money as Lisbon hotels have become quite expensive.

Very very simple breakfast. No hot meal-only very simple cheese and very simple ham, no any vegetables. So I think you are a little overpriced..:(... And you need to improve your breakfast options..:)...

Good location in LISBOA - everything is accessible on foot (2-3 km). Near metro. Simple, but good rooms, friendly staff. In generally it is good choice to stay in Lisbon for short time.
