A wonderful boutique hotel with an amazing view. The service was of the highest quality, the staff very friendly and sincere. Room was very clean with lovely terrace. The breakfast was also very excellent. One more time many thanks for Geovana.

Being given probably the worst room in the hotel initially. We were staying 5 nights and pretty shocked at the state of the initial room which was dark, small and the air conditioning was just not working. Maybe the lady receptionist looked unfavourably to me as she was asked to book a table for 6 at a nearby restaurant, which she confirmed via WhatsApp later, only for the restaurant to claim there was no such booking. The rest of the staff were very professional and pleasant.

The initial room allocated to us was unacceptable but the reception staff were patient in providing a more suitable room to our satisfaction. Breakfast was very good and the location was excellent, being right in the middle of everything.

The weather….drizzly, but still comfortable temperatures, could not dampen the enjoyment of this lovely city from this terrific starting point hotel.

Located at city center, easy walking distances to many many points of interest. Staff was very accommodating & friendly. Rooms are very spacious. Service is outstanding. Rooftop bar/restaurant is a relaxing space, but with the rain, not to appealing for us that night. However the panoramic views would be spectacular. The buffet breakfast included many choices, hot & cold. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

This is a lovely hotel. Great location, a short walk from the Baixa-Chiado Metro and ideally placed for sightseeing. Staff were helpful and super friendly. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice (from full English to traditional Portuguese), and all good quality. The breakfast room itself is lovely - light and airy, and like the relaxed rooftop bar-terrace, offering great views over the city. Would highly recommend.

Location was fantastic, super walkable and central to everything! Breakfast has a nice selection with nice views. The rooftop bar was beautiful! We had already had dinner out but came up here for a drink and enjoyed the view.

The coffee maker was difficult. Would prefer a Nespresso.

Nothing to fault

Hotel do Chiado is a fabulous Hotel, location was perfect, our room was really spacious and spotlessly clean, we had a great terrace and beautiful view. The staff were extremely polite and helpful
