My family stay was wonderful, despite the fact that Booking.com got my booking a bit wrong. I did pay for a family of 4,yet Booking.com only informed the hotel of 2 adults, leaving the kids out. NOT THE HOTEL FAULT AT ALL Reception was very understanding and managed to accommodate us 4. Grateful for it

The environment was very good for family holidays, with all the facilities available. Both pools,gym and also yoga classes Reception,shuttle driver and all members of staff highly kind and accommodating to our needs. Definitely came back

The location is out of town and it's not easy to go around by foot. You need a car or take taxis.

The spacious rooms, comfy beds, breakfast selection and the swimming pool! The staff, especially Andre Martins was very accommodating and made our stay enjoyable.

The lady in the spa was far too obedient to whatever rules she lives for to the point she ended up making what was meant to be a relaxing experience into an almost negative one. She just need to loosen up and be less rulles-based for her sake at least. That unnecessary overjealous behavior aside - our stay was perfect. A great hotel One to return to for sure

The marble and hallway carpet around the property and room washrooms looked tired, they need to be cleaned or replaced. Our room air conditioning did not work and the soaps were empty on our arrival but was resolved in a timely manner.

Our positive experience started at check in. Exceptionally friendly and helpful as were the staff throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs ie 20 min drive from the centre of Lisbon and 5 min drive to the beaches of Caparica. Facilities at the hotel were very good and, unusually, there were plenty of sun beds around the pool without the battle of towels in the morning. For us, the cherry on the cake was the breakfast - plentiful, fresh and regularly topped up. We would defo recommend and go back.

Fire extinguisher leaked all over kitchen area, had to repack and change the room Stair design of the last steps needs to be fixed! It is dangerous~ i fell and bruised my knee Spa/massage hours end a lil too early in my opinion

The only thing that could probably do with a slight improvement is the speed of service within the restaurant as on two separate occasions I had a prolonged wait for my order. That said,they acknowledged it and I could see that they were more vigilant after that.

We were surprised to find our twin room was so much smaller than others. On the Sunday there weren't enough sunbeds.

The only critique is that many of the internal pot plants were looking a bit sad or dying, or dead! Also, it could have been closer to the beach. 😵

It was clean and well kept; the breakfast buffet was the biggest (in terms of variety and choice) I’ve ever seen; I slept like a log - fantastic beds…I could go on, but great value for money! 🙌🏾

There weren’t enough sunbeds at the end of our stay. Service was very slow in the restaurant not enough staff serving.

Good location, clean and room very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful the buffet breakfast was excellent.
