Staff, cleanliness, facilities, food and location

Second time staying at this hotel and I absolutely loved it. Professional reception gentleman who checked me in on May 7th, as well as restaurant team - always helpful and friendly. It was wonderful to see lovely Vanessa from the restaurant whom I met last year, such a warm and welcoming lady. The hotel was immaculately clean, great facilities, great breakfast. Only downside - pool changing room refurbishment ( couldn’t use the ramp instead of stairs with a baby pram) but that wasn’t a big issue in the end. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel!

Little small choise of main dishes on buffet evening ..there was 2 of fish meal, and 2 od meat (chicken and pork)

Great hotel on quiet location...that is good after all day in Lisabon...stuff great, clean perfect.

It’s a paradise place !! Beautiful, sage, calm, cool, and so many things… The room are big, clean, d’Edith a beautiful sea view !! The swimmingpool is big, and heated. Calm place et the spa and gym room is perfect ! we were very well received, the staff are truly incredible, so kind, smiling, attentive and discreet !! Thank you !!

It's a pity that the large TV screen does not allow screen mirroring, although it allows the sound Bluetooth connection.

Room was upgraded upon arrival by the hotel, what was a very nice welcoming surprise! Indoor heated swimming pool available from very early in the morning. Great breakfast. Spacious indoor parking quite useful in rainy days. All staff very helpful and friendly, in particular the attention to detail by Vanessa in the restaurant team!

Reception staff, both in person and on the phone, seemed poorly trained to handle situations outside the training manual. The booking was to be paid by bank transfer. However, accountant Mrs. Inês was very competent in solving the problem.

Pool, room, breakfast and kid playroom excellent. Very good breakfast selection.

Spa/Wellness area sometimes very noisy. Children were very disturbing in the sauna area. Let them play in the pool but the staff should make sure they don’t bother people in the sauna if the parents don’t care.

Room was very comfortable and well equipped gym. Pool was also big and great for swimming. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of vegetarian options like almost nowhere!

Breakfast could have more variety but I appreciated the eggs station and the fresh fruits and juices. Its a minor improvement for this category but nothing that would make me not come back!

I do not recommend the hotel restaurant, where the selection is very limited, and everything is quite expensive. The hotel pool showers are in need of repair.

The hotel is amazing, clean, very professional staff.Our deepest thanks and best wishes go to the host Ines. Spacious apartments with a large balcony and furniture, overlooking the golf course, surrounded by peace and tranquility. Comfortable bed, excellent and stylish apartments, plenty of closets, all the necessary kitchen equipment. Our room war more then we expected.It's worth noting that the hotel is about 20 km away from Lisbon International Airport, but easily accessible with Uber, which is not expensive. The ocean can also be reached only by transportation; you can take a local bus, and the bus stop is 5 minutes away from the hotel, with a very convenient bus schedule.Breakfast was excellent, with a generous selection of fruits.I would rate this hotel 5 stars as well.

Outdoor pool plenty of space but pool itself is a bit old and could be cleaner. No showers by the outdoor pool. Breakfast pretty poor and limited choice of cheese/charcuterie/vegetables. Egg station took forever so gave up. Generally could have skipped breakfast as not worth the money, but no restaurants or cafes within walking distance so location is a bit off. A car is a must have for this hotel.

Spacious and clean room, good size balcony. Comfortable bed and great housekeeping. Good size indoor pool, did not use saunas but looked ok. Cute kids club.

You have to pay if you need to staff bring food from room services to you. 10 euros delivery. This is bad.
