We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandThe building and room are outdated. There was one window in the room but still the room was somehow dark and lights were needed also in the daytime. Voices from the street may be disturbing if keeping the window open. Luckily the street is for the pedestrian only. The walls are probably quite thin, because you can hear neighbours from other rooms. No fridge and no possibility to get iron for clothes, not even on request. Airconditioning was working. All in all, for one or two nights maybe ok, for longer stay not recommended.
Location is good, not far from the beach, and shopping facilities and many restaurants are very near. The cleaning ladies really tried to do their best, taking into account the poor overall condition of the outdated building and room. Room was cleaned and towels and bedsheets were changed every day. The staff of the small restaurant downstairs is nice.

Czech RepublicThe place should not be used as hotel for tourists. The street is quite noisy all night long and unfortunately, you hear everything. The beds are not made for two adult people - it is short and narrow. And the mattress is school internate style. Air conditioner is functional, however we couldn't find out how to change the volume, temperature etc. The building itself is of older ones, therefore there is a dirt inside the apartment which is not cleanable anymore. Pity that I have to be so harsh about the accomodation, because the hosts are really nice people.
The personnel, even though not English speaking, was amazing. Everything we dealt about was done. And as we experienced in Portugal, it is not something guaranteed.

Ireland-location is bad if you want to go to Lisbon city centre -no reception, owners did not speak english -located on a noisy street, only got quiet around midnight -curtains did not close all the way -outdated furniture that made the room smell musky -very noisy bedframe -bugs!! Noticed a lot of insects crawling around the dresser and the floor. We had to leave for another hotel

Excellent hidden gem, albeit a bit away from downtown/Main Lisbon. Clean and spacious. no elevator so we had to lug our suitcases 2 floors! staff speaks no English but we managed using translate app! great location in terms of food/bars/supermarket.
