New place in Elvas, I think the best! First of all, location, on the side of the main square of the old city, near the police station, very quiet and safe. I spent 3 nights there and got even the room I wanted to order but was unavailable, to my nice surprise. Room 102 in first floor with small terrace with seating was just perfect! Very nice common area, 2 terraces are also accessible for guests, as well as coffee in the kitchen. Nice view from the rooftop terrace. In reception speak a little English but it was fine for basic communication. Very good choice of place to stay indeed! Very recommended.

There is no parking, although there is a public underground parking less than a minute's walk away.

The place is exceptional value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect location in the centre of everything. The facilities are spotlessly clean, modern and tastefully finished. To be honest when we paid such a low price we did not expect much and were really impressed on arrival. Would happily stay there again!

The fridge wasn't working , fan in the toilet was too noisy and shower without a door splashed water everywhere but I understand it was Just minor things and the staff took notice to get it fixed

The shower didn't have a door which was not convenient. At 8am on Monday, construction works started in the building just next to my room and woke me up.

I can't complain really, but the only thing I could say is that the shower has a really strange design as it's missing the door so it's basically impossible avoiding spilling water all over the place.

If you are used to the endless beauty of the numerous Spanish towns and villages with their squares, excellent restaurants and tapasbars etc. I am sorry to say that Elvas was a disappointment.

It is a nice, quiet and clean appartment in the old town. We parked the car in the Parkinggarage round the corner on the square €17. For our minibus more convenient and safe. But if you want there is free parking near the Mercado. Maria, the nice host, will explain!

No, it was fantastic

Very clean and comfortable room where everything worked. A real bonus was the little shared kitchen area with tea coffee and biscuits. Spacious dining room and two excellent roof terraces. Great for watching the sun go down over the old roof tops surrounded by screaming swifts. Elvas is a really interesting town and Concept is really well located near the top of the old town.
