Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaEverything. The location is very close to metro station Laranjeria (6 stations till city center and around 20 min). You have some neighborhood restaurant in the area - I recommend Tempero Brasileiro. For us was very important that we could park the car inside the yard. Location doesn't offer breakfast but has a great kitchenn equipped with all you need in order to prepare it. A small grocery story is very close, right after the restaurant Tempero Brasileiro. You can find there fresh bread, cheese, salamy, fruits, vegetables, etc.

IndiaBreakfast would have been nice . Lots of cafes around though except for Sunday morning when nothing was open. The room was right next to the reception and was a bit noisy in the afternoon with people checking in. Nothing major to dislike.
Friendly and helpful staff. We chose this guest house as it had free parking. Also close to the highway so reaching the place was easy. Good air-conditioning and a coffee maker in the room. The location was a 15 minute cab ride to the center or Belem. Friendly face at the reception who was helpful.

GermanyThe guest house is quite close to a big road so you can hear the road when you open your window. But it is quiet when the windows are closed.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The common rooms were great: living room is extremely spacious and cozy, the kitchen is well equipped. Overall the guest house is very clean. There are grocery shops and a metro line very close by. The parking lot was very practical and we were allowed to keep the car in the park lot after our check out for half a day.

This place is the best place we stayed on our two week trip through Portugal place was spotless very well decorated the rooms were quiet. The place was extremely clean. They even left a small bottle of wine and cookies and coffee is welcome gift. It's not too far from downtown to Uber and it's close to public transport. We're Walker so that didn't mind us. The information provided regarding location access and location was fantastic. It's a five-star property at a very very reasonable price and very close to the airport for easy access but not so far away from the city

The check-in went easily and smoothly. Although the room was small, it was very comfortable.. We liked our location, not too far from the City Center, and convenientto alll our needs. We rented a car,so having the parking area on site was convenient and secure.. I would certainly recommend it.
