I stayed in Coimbra as a solo traveller, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was quite big, so I had plenty of room alone. Would be perfect for a couple. I really liked the location, everything was super close by within walking distance. I felt very safe staying here. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The location on a quiet street but close to the centre of the town was great. The apartment had everything I needed.

No elevator meant we had to lug our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The sitting room could be more comfortable, but hey, we were not there to hang out inside! The bed was excellent, the kitchen large and the bathroom adequate.

Getting the instructions to the room and parking at Hotel Oslo was easy. Parking was close by, safe and reasonably priced (pay cash at Hotel Oslo). The location is super, right in the central walking district withing a short distance of a number of excellent restaurants.

- There is not much windows, so if you want to spent a lot of time in a room, this may be downside. Though there is a great round window near the bed

The walls were a bit thin -- we heard lots of noise as people entered and exited our hallway, and we heard an unhappy small child at bedtime. Nothing wrong with a crying baby (we've been there), just an illustration of how much we could hear. Because of the way the space had been retrofitted, the bathroom door was right next to the head of the bed, which was a little bit awkward.

Even though we were there for just one night, the room was just what we needed -- a bedroom with a bit of extra space. The keys were easy to collect from the hotel front desk, and the staff walked us over to the apartment to show us where to go. The facility was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for a recommendation.

-It is an old building "vintage", so the sound isolation in the hallway between the lofts would make you hear your neighbors when they come in and out. Even if my neighbors were really responsible and not noisy, I still can hear them. - I have a very sensitive nose, so I can smell an old building scent "wood" in the loft. However, it did not bother me. After all, I wasn't bothered by these two things, and I would come back again to the loft.

The hotel staff and housekeeping were super helpful, friendly, and nice. The loft was clean and tidy. Location, location, location

Unfortunately on arrival one of the toilet rolls was stained with yellow flecks, and there was an empty alcohol bottle probably from a previous guest tucked in the spare blanket in the closet.

Perfect location, cute decor and well stocked with the kitchenette and good air con. Great housekeeping that as a nice surprise washed our dishes. Nice to have access to the Hotel Oslo rooftop bar - beautiful view of Coimbra at sunset.

Too much noise from neighbours at night. Some renovations might be needed in the ceiling.

The apartment is very close to the centre. It's spacious and with basic amenities. Collecting the keys and making the check-in was easy.

Light sensor in walkway where closets were went off too quickly, so a constant windmill effect was needed.

Great location, staff at the Oslo hotel were terrific in getting us settled.
