The bars were overcrowded and we queued for 45 minutes for a drink and then found there was no where to sit. All restaurants were booked on the day we arrived so we could only eat in the main restaurant.

The location is great, right on the beach. Rooms were clean large and comfortable and the grounds beautiful.

The food was okay, the all inclusive buffet was limited enough with some of the food being quite cold, the option of dining in one of the multiple restaurants within the hotel as well as the two neighbouring hotels was great and the food within these restaurants was very good, especially the Italian restaurant within the hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to all amenities such as the strip, local bars and restaurants as well as a number of shops.the pool area was excellent with plenty of beds and a pool bar. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday with fresh linen and toiletries daily.

Entertainment wasn’t great and not enough seating in the section.

We have stayed at mutha Clube several times in the past. It was always a nice place, clean and comfortable. This time I noticed a lot of the Portuguese staff had been replaced ? Nothing wrong with the existing staff , everyone one was pleasant.

The lock on the door of the apartment was quite hard to open but once we got the knack it was ok. I can't really fault the Hotel.

Room very hard to find in a extremely big hotel due to poor signage, the window between check in and check out needs to be smaller, A late check out service which people i traveled with paid for seemed not to exist. Service at the bar on one of the days was hopeless

Well located within walking distance of a lot restaurants, bars and beach. Transport easy to find when going further a field. Staff very helpful and polite.

We came only for 4 days for our wedding anniversary. We were nicely surprised when entered the room - bottle of house wine was waiting on us. Room was quite small but enough for couple, beautiful view from the terrace in front of the room. The hotel is very clean and so our room was. Hotel offers a good choice of restaurants however, we have been only trying breakfast which was good - plenty of choice from hot food to cereals and fruits, very nice selection of fresh breads.

The A/C unit was noisy and very dirty inside. There's no available free parking near the hotel. Also, we had to deal with ants which kept coming inside our room despite having an insecticide spray can in the room.

There were things that needed to be repaired like the toilet roll holder and shower head holder, but was not done, the cleaners must have seen it but did not do anything about it. The restaurants did not have much vegan food. The food could not be prepared as everything came already made, if we asked for not to be added to the pizza, this could not be done as it was already come prepared. The entertainment team did not come to mingle with people to get them to come to the shows that they prepared. The room that was used for the show was very small, we asked the person doing the magic show to some out of the room and do it outside where everyone can see them, but they did not, and no one went in so they did not do the show that evening. The room did not get cleaned until the evening.

It’s a huge complex, can accommodate thousands of guests, but the facilities are not suited for it, pool area is small and chairs are fully booked as of 8am and very little rotations during the day, i spent 6 days and didn’t get a pool seat once! It’s an all inclusive but limited options and understaffed so you wait lines and can only order 1 item per person, so the whole family has to do the line to order each one drink or food item… every spot has different schedules, can’t always catch a bite. The Beach is small and public, does not offer chairs or umbrellas so bring your own! Very tight on the beach The condos are spacious and offer large balcony with seating, thank god we spent time there with a spray bottle to catch a tan… Service is poor…

The location was good, in the heart of the action…beware early and light sleepers because you will up to the sounds of the clubs’ music until 3am…close to the action means loud and noisy!

the shower drain was blocked The main door didn't lock, it was broken, I called the reception, they said they would send someone, but they didn't fix the door parking was included in the purchase of the ticket, but I didn't have a parking space, I had to park a few streets away from the hotel

In general, the hotel has more disadvantages than advantages. From the beginning, I did not like the late check-in time and the slow staff during registration. A deposit of 100 euros is charged upon check-in. One bottle of water was issued in the room during check-in, and we never received another during our entire stay. You have to pay 12€ for pool towels and 5€ deposit, so only 5€ will be refunded when you check out. Insufficient cleaning of the rooms, during our whole week of stay, the floor in the room was not washed even once. Sometimes, water in the bathroom was not hot, especially in the evening, then all guests take a bath before dinner. There was a lot of sand in the pool, which no one cleaned, and in general, the bottom of the pool has a lot of damage and needs repair and better care. Near the pool, which is closer to the ocean, there were few sunbeds, and people reserved them until 9 o'clock in the morning. It was hot in the dining room, despite the fact that the air conditioners were working, all the doors were open, so flies could easily fly into the dining room. The food is the same but tasty. The evening program was almost non-existent, and the guests had nothing to do in the evening. During our stay in the hotel, there were a lot af children, but there was almost no children's entertainment. Most of the guests are young people who were just sitting at the bar. The bar closed very early, at 10 o'clock in the evening. The elevators are in terrible condition and need repair. But what scared us the most was that we saw a cockroach on the stairs between the first and second floors!

Good hotel with a great location. Close to the ocean and the city center. Very beautiful beach close to the hotel. Good food but not varied. Large rooms with a small kitchen and iron for clothes. Our room had a great view of the ocean from the terrace.

* loud noises from shouting and singing groups till 5am * unprofessional cleaning staff (haven’t changed the sheets or washed the floors) even though it was mentioned to do that and even tipped for that. * broken air con - te alternative wasn’t so efficient * no welcome pack (bottle of wine, slippers, hair comb, water in fridge, etc ) our friends with standard room had it, us with luxury one didn’t. * empty soap and shampoo dispenser ( told 3 times to reception, gave us a water diluted type of shampoo) had to buy everything myself * boring and small variations of food , everyday was almost same food just with a slight twist. Very poor in diversity of products. Few fruits, absolutely no seafood variety (except fish) And so on and so on …
