The stairs up to the apartment are quite challenging and could be problematic for those less able. There is also no aircon so prepare for that, but fans and openable windows kept the heat under control even in august when we stayed. There isn’t much in the way of toiletries or cooking ingredients provided. The only other negative was the floor or the apartment was quite dirty, meaning walking around in bare feet would get your feet incredibly dirty, I would advise bringing some slippers or flip flops. However these are all things that are totally manageable and didn’t ruin our stay in the slightest.

This property is in an incredible location! Close to the Santa just lift and convent, which gives easy access to all central parts of the city and transport for further. Being on the 4tn floor the views over the city are also unbelievable and beautiful. The apartment is bright and breezy, with curtains and fans to keep it cool.

So far with the positive stuff. First and the most important thing, please do something about it, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER. Every day it was an awful experience when it was time to shower. There is a water heater and at first sight there is hot water... but for like a minute. The first evening when I got in the shower, I wet my hair and got shampoo on and then it just stopped. The water was super cold and there was no possible way to wash out the shampoo. I had to BOIL water on the stove just to remove the shampoo. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Then all of us "learned the technology" - we had to put shampoo and rinse it as fast as we can for a minute, then wait for 5-6 minutes for the hot water to start again so we can shower our bodies too. Of course, you have only a minute, so you better apply everything meanwhile and when the water comes, just rinse everything. We were three women and the apartment fitted us well, but there is no possible way to fit 6 people. You have to go through the bedroom to go to the bathroom, which we knew and in our case wasn't a problem. The staircase in the apartment is very hard to use and the second floor was terrible. It wasn't clean enough and smelled bad, so we were happy none of us was going to sleep there. In my opinion, the apartment is a little neglected and needs more care, because it is a beautiful place. The windows were opening sometimes from the wind, they didn't close very well. One day we came back from our walk and the curtain with the curtain holder had fallen to the ground. Of course, we contacted the owner and there was no problem. The building stairs were very hard to climb, especially with luggage, but we knew that and wasn't a big deal. But despite all of this, we enjoyed our stay in Lisbon and we recommend it to everyone!

All in all, we had a pleasant stay in this beautiful city. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and had the most amazing view of the city and with so many windows it was bright and spacious. The communication was good, the check-in was easy, we entered with codes. The location is perfect, we couldn't wish for better, extremely close to Santa Justa Lift, Rossio square/station, very communicative with many restaurants, stores and everything you need. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. In front of the bathroom there was a dressing room with enough space and hangers and for our surprise - a hairdryer, iron and mini ironing board! Very convenient!

We liked the location of the apartment, it was close to all the important and interesting places. The view was fabulous and amazing.
