only issue was in the kitchen there was no chopping boards or sharp knife’s which would have been handy to have but apart from that everything was great

Pool a bit small. A couple of noisy hen and stag party groups were staying and took over the pool. But you get that anywhere you can't pick your fellow hotel guests!

Location is in the middle of the resort with plenty of restaurants and bars. The strip is 10 mins walk and the beach is about 15 mins walk down a steep hill. The apartment has a variety of good quality cooking pots and utensils. Washing machine very useful and a drying area.

This place takes hen and stag parties and is very noisy. It also takes dogs. The apartment directly below had a dog which whinned and barked from 5am, everyday I was there. The sofa bed was not clean or in good condition. Towels are not changed daily only once a week, although you can pay to have them changed.

The Locator was perfect and the one bedroom had a good layout and apart from Sofa Bed in lounge, which when pulled out was not clean and quite worn and broken bits in places.. The other facilities in apartment were good. Nice kitchen with everything needed. Good shower and hairdryer.

Cleaners don’t come everyday, so don’t get fresh towels. Pool can be a bit of a walk away if you’re room is far.

Close to the strip and in a good location for shops and restaurants. Very big, so good for a few people and the beds were comfortable.

Appartment had a few small faults = toilet seat broke ,and sun lounger was cracked /broke at arm rests , had to ask for new towels as none replaced during or stay...terrace walls were dirty needed a good wash.

It was handy to get to bars etc,staff were very nice and helpful.

The rooms are very nice, it has a spectacular pool with a mini bar, it has many restaurants in the area, it is easier to get anything, it also has supermarkets very close.

When looking, the pictures showed 2 single beds, which I assumed was in a bedroom and the sofa bed was in the lounge. Sadly they are all in one room. Maybe that should be made clear.

There was a smell of smoke that I just couldn't get rid of even though I left the door open loads. Not sure what it was. Walls were a bit run down and could be doing with a freshen up but for what we paid I cant complain.

Amazing value for money. Decent pool with a swim up bar (wasn't open yet but will be nice in the summer) Good sized rooms with balcony. Good facilities in the kitchen including washing machine, toaster, kettle etc

The bathroom floor needed a better clean prior to our stay. The mid-stay clean was only a change of bins and seemed that the floors were not swept. Could do better here.

Shower curtains could’ve done with a refresh and they’re stingy on towels and charge if u want more than 1 towel and charge for a lot of things like that

Great facilities made it feel like we was at home, we also didn’t need a different type of plug as they had usb charging bits for phones and the apartment was spacious and quiet

When we arrived the tv didn't work there was a leak on the bathroom floor.Water was all over the bathroom floor had to keep putting towels on the floor to mop up all the water.that was Friday we didn't get moved till Sunday afternoon.

It seems there are a lot of negatives, but these are only some considerations for the hotel! - you must dump your own rubbish, which is not a big deal, but the bins are a bit up from the Apts, which would be an inconvenience for older people. - like a previous review mentioned, everything seems to be accounted for, and if anything goes missing or broken, there are charges, outlined by an information sheet within the apt. I can see why though, as the apt probably attracts young gang in the summer - Sofa-bed was quite uncomfortable - a small bit of TLC wouldn’t go astray, and would make these good apartments great, or even excellent! For example, painting walls and fresh grouting etc - there was a bit of mould on ceiling above shower, but there is only a tiny window in bathroom, so can see how that occurred. - a lot of steps also, which was a little bit out of my fathers comfort zone.

- the apartment had absolutely everything - washing machine (!), oven, hob, toaster, microwave, kettle. It was genuinely really well equipped. - the location was really good. 2 minutes from the supermarket, and only 10 minute walk to the strip, and maybe 10/15 to beach. - everyone on reception was really helpful - cleaners changed towels 3 times. - the communal areas were quite clean & there was always works being done (not noisy, though) - they stored luggage for us whilst checking-out

very basic accommodation. every item including spoons, forks and even plastic clothes hangers counted and priced on a list in the apt.As albufeira is known as a party town i suppose tthey have to be careful with their supplies but it seems a little mean.The number of each was sometimes wrong. The curtains just about covered the windows. A little bit of investment would make the place more welcoming. The apt. needed painting as the walls were marked and dirty.
