Nothing to complain about it. There is no laundry washing machine, I missed a little bit, but it was clear since the beginning, it is just a "plus" it could have it, but everything was perfect!

The shower cubicle was very small. The door does not close fully and it had limited space for getting in/out. There were a few areas of mould too, mainly in the bathroom.

The entrance 'foyer' needs refurbishing. Its dark with tired floors. I felt OMG what have we let ourselves into. But it was a nice surprise when we got into the clean and bright apartment .

Located in the heart of tourist attractions. Be it retail,waterfront, entertainment. All mostly in walking distance. Transport galore be it buses, metro and oh the Tram 28 stop is a minute away. Area around vibrant and we felt safe. Would stay here again apartment was very clean with its modernised kitchen. That the place is not manned did not make any difference to our stay. Our email queries were promptly answered.

There is no sound proof unfortunately. If street noise is disturbing your sleep or you are the night owl, this apartment is not the best choice. City live start around 6 am, so garbage collectors start their job and it’s very loud, also car drivers love honking

Can’t be avoided for the location, however the noise late at night and early in the morning woke/kept me up. It was particularly poor on the last night of my stay. If you don’t appreciate loud noise this might not be the property for you.

The location is excellent and allows easy access to all the key sights. The bathroom is huge for an inner city location. I didn’t use much of the kitchen, however it was extremely well resourced and fitted out.

The fact that there is no cleaning service for stays less than 7 days, our stay was 6 days and we really needed the cleaning service and of course a change of sheets and towels, etc. It gets quite noisy at night out on the street.

Loved the location and the building itself felt like a warm neighborhood, the ease of check in and check out.

The quality of the apartment is not so high, I mean it´s ok but it´s not high level. Parquet is old and partially ruined and the decoration is quite basic.

In general the apartment is good for staying few days in Lisbon. Location is really good as it is 3 minutes from the Cathedral of Lisbon. The apartment is very specious with a nice room and a big living room where the 2 kids (12, 9 years old) were sleeping. Kitchen is descent. Shower room is ok. Elevator was a bid help upon arrival and leaving with the suitcases.

Some of the utensils in the kitchen are old. You can smell rubber in the kettle for instance. The beds are very old and the mattresses are not very comfortable.

It is very spacious, perfect for a trip with kids. Despite the old building, the design of the apartment is well done and cozy. The location is excellent as the apartment is close to the city center and also to the sea. Even though you don’t meet the staff, they are very responsive through the booking.com messenger and give you a lot of important information during the stay.

There was a leak in the toilet and the water was constantly filling the tank, which made noise all night

Sadly the beds and pillows were not comfortable. We could have used more towels for a long stay. The walls are very thin and you can hear everyone coming and going from their rooms. This was especially annoying for people coming in late in the evening and basically waking us up.

Location was great, although the studio was small it had the basics for a good stay.

No personal contact with anyone on site. Everything done via messaging and codes on doors. Very uncomfortable couch in living room. Loud water supply system, making noise the whole night and day long. Shower bar and holder damaged. Not even possible to extend 1h the check out time, and only answer the same day, hence almost impossible to get anything organized. No possibility to leave luggage on site (announced in advance)
