Everything is very compact and small which is fine for me as I am small but if you are a large person or you prefer more space around you, you might feel a little claustrophobic here. The breakfast room in particular is quite crowded if everyone comes down for breakfast at the same time as it is quite small.

Fantastic location within the town walls within easy reach of everything. Rooms are small and quaint but nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The whole place is traditional and full of character. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The main town car parks are only a few minutes walk away outside the city walls.

Communication with the staff before arriving was kind of slow.

The room itself its located in an old house close to one of the city gates. The inside of the house was super pretty and well kept. Our room was on the 1st floor with a nice view of the city walls. It was a good size room, clean and comfortable.

The beds or pillow could be more confortable.

It was super well located in the center of the village. To go there during Folio festival was really nice. The breakfast was super nice and the girl that was there to help with it was very friendly to talk to.

Because the building is very old, there is a noticeable smell of dampness. However, this didn’t cause us any discomfort, and we understand it as part of the charm of staying in such a historic place.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the old town, located right on the main street. While most tourists arrive by bus for just an hour in this medieval town, we had the privilege of staying here! It was a truly amazing experience! The hotel’s interior is beautifully designed, reflecting the spirit of the place with shutters, paintings, and various artifacts. The bathroom was very clean and breakfast was excellent. We look back on our stay with great warmth and fond memories!

Mariana did an extrordinary job in keeping in touch with us as before and during the check in process. Well done, Carolina! While we were checking in we met Sergio, the property handyman, who was God sent. We had large suitcases and had no idea how we were going to get them to the property, he offered to help and went to the bus station to carry both suitcases through the coble stone streets and up the staircases to our room. He also helped us out during check out. A CARING, WONDERFUL PERSON that should be appreciated and rewarded by the property management. The property and the town was absolutely amazing, we felt traqnsported to medieval times. Well worth the trip!

EVERYTHING!!! Placement was amazing! View was insane! Cleanliness on point! Literally in the castle city! Parking are close (because Castel city is no car) and free.

With no AC, it was necessary to leave the window open during the hot weather we had. But the room was on the ground level next to a walkway. It wasn't a problem in the end.
