The pillows were not to our preference and the balconies are quite close to each other and not separated so there is no privacy really, but none of these affected our holiday negatively, it's just personal preference / observation

It was my birthday weekend trip to Lagos, the place is brand new, modern and Sandra is super kind and welcoming! It is 15 minutes walk away from old town, supermarket is just 2 minutes down the road. The electric car charger is a huge plus and was also a deciding factor when booking the place. It didn't work when we first connected to it and Sandra's husband were there in 5 minutes to help us out, which was very much appreciated. We had a lovely stay, would happily return! Thank you!

Towels for use around the pool would have been good.

Clean & modern apartment which is well equipped. Pool area very nice & peaceful. About 10 minute walk to the start of the old town, closer to 30 minutes to the marina where the boat trips go. We were happy with the location.

Mattress was very springy and uncomfortable. Some more pillows and blankets would help. The coffee machine leaks.

It was a bit far from town to walk, approx 20-30mins. You would need to use taxis if you eat out in Lagos town. The beds were sufficiently comfortable, but not the standard of a hotel. We had problems with the wifi in our room not allowing access to certain websites for travelers. Our host did try to resolve this, but it remained the same. We found the dining furniture extremely heavy and given we ate in most nights we tended to use the outdoor table and chairs more often.

The location was great and right near a supermarket and given we hired a car the parking was very easily accessible to the apartment. It was a perfect-sized studio decorated nicely and very clean with great amenities (a lovely bathroom and Kitchen were sufficient) and a wonderful pool and lanai area to relax in the sunshine and warm evenings.

Lagos has quite a few hills, so getting to Casa das Praias can be a climb. The place has parking spots for rental cars and bikes.

It's a nice and quiet place in walking distance (20 mins) from the historical centre. The hostess is nice and the apartment is clean with a nice pool you share with a maximum of five other rooms.

Everything was perfect

Great location, short walk to the old town. Very clean place and has all you could possibly need. Including a great guide with a list of local restaurants and pubs. There is secure parking on site and a private pool area.

Very modern, clean, and spacious. Very warm welcome when we arrived, Just a few minutes from the intermarché, 10 minute walk to beginning of the old town and 20 minute walk to the closest beach. The street was calm and very attractive.

Slightly longer walk to the beach but we really didn't mind at all (you can uber for around €6).

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. Sandra was an amazing host from start to finish, and is such a wonderful person. The whole place is brand new and has been really beautifully done. Facilities were all excellent. Loved the pool and the balcony. Air con is fab. Great location for walking into Lagos town and 3 min walk to the supermarket. Would definitely stay again!

We were a bit disappointed that there was no access to the parking of the property (one of the reasons why we picked this place). So if you rent a car as we did, and you'll arrive late in the evening, it is possible that you will have to search few minutes for a parking spot.

Very calm, residential area. A bit further to the beaches if you don't own a car or use public transport. Shopping mall and all you need is just a few steps away. Sandra gave us many local tips for the restaurants and places to visit, which we truly appreciated! The apartment and its surroundings are as beautiful as the pictures. The place is well equipped, the only thing we were missing in the kitchen was the oven but that was obvious from the pictures. Overall great experience, we can highly recommend this place!

No service. No cleaning done. No fresh towels. No fresh sheets. No toilet paper provided after a 4 night stay. Had to take out our own recycling and garbage. Hostess was unhelpful. Complained to me that makeup was on towels.

We recently stayed here and had an overall adequate experience, but there was one issue that significantly impacted our view of the property. At the end of our stay, my girlfriend left her jacket in the apartment. We realized this shortly (within one hour) after checking out and promptly contacted the management. To my surprise, they claimed that there was nothing left behind, despite the fact that we are absolutely certain that it was there. The lack of assistance and unwillingness to double-check or provide any form of help in retrieving the jacket was frustrating. It’s important for property management to be diligent and honest when handling guests' belongings, and unfortunately, this was not my experience here. While the apartment itself was alright, I would caution future guests to be very careful with their belongings, as the support from management in such matters seems to be lacking.
