We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt is very remote. You really need a car if you are coming to this property. But the roads in Portugal are mostly good, just a few hills here and there so if you don’t like a manual car and hills you might want to think again.
It is a beautiful, peaceful and wonderful property. The rooms are well equipped, gorgeous and clean. Carla and Bruno were amazing so attentive to your needs and they spoke excellent English. I would highly recommend for a couples retreat if you want perfect peace and quiet. The pool was absolutely delightful, temperature was just right. The views are amazing too.

SingaporeSuggest to bring a car as there arent much taxis or ubers around. There also is no restaurant in the property so if you need to have lunch or dinner, you will definitely need a car or need to call a taxi (there are few in the area).
Staff was amazing and so accommodating! the rooms and property were beautiful and very clean!

They were lovely to chat to and went out of their way to do things for us… book taxis, Bruno drove us at one point because no taxi was available, allowing us to stay late in our room. They couldn’t have done more for us. The room was lovely, well appointed, great bathroom, nice little terrace and great pool. It was all wonderful. Would definitely return.

RomaniaJust to say that in 20 years living in Portugal this was the worst experience ever. It always a problem when a nice place run by amateurs, who doesn’t know what clients service is. In my opinion, and i travel arothe world for the past 35 years, when you start neglecting you clints need and only thinks how to get more and more money, this when you start loosing everything! I hope this property will change they attitude! Screaming at pregnant woman at her wedding day, even if she is wrong completely, is just not right!!!!

The property itself is good, because it new. But the staff and especially the attitude of an owner who is also a manager is ofull if not to say unprofessional, very rude aggressive and negative!!! We have rented for two days 7 out 9 rooms at this hotel. We been there for a special action it was a wedding. Just to mantion that one month before we also rent one room jus to see the place and talk to administration about our stay. For everything we ask (lunch, our guests ect) received verbal confirmation from one of the manger Carla. She was very nice and helpful! The day we have arrived we meet an owner of this place and herwe start. This person was very negative, she say that we cannot have lunch (which we have agreed) then she refused to let enter our guest in very rude mener, didn’t explain anything, just say NO they cannot come to MY HOUSE!!! I have paid over 2000 euro and rent almost all hotel, my guest staying in front of the hotel and she didn’t let them in. Only after my wife (who is pregnant) ask her with a tears in the eyes ( it our wedding) she say we have to pay extra 25 euro for each guest. Ok we said. We been waiting for 8-10 guests. That waht we say to her. When 8 guests arrived, she said that she would not let no more guests!!!! So when another two guests arrived she refused them to enter!!! Then more, one of the manager come to my sone and told him in very aggressive maner that if we don’t pay for guests we going to have problems!!! When i told this to owner she was defending him and skimming at me!!! Just imagine you come to celebrate you wedding with friends and family and they cannot come, because administration decided suddenly to make new rules!!! No explanation, no hospitality NOTHING!!! So to stop this negativity we have to go (23 person) and find another place!!!!! It was a nightmare!!!! And this people just stay outside and smile ar us. When we come back at 21.30 without guests of course!
