We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe only thing missing was a pool bar (or any bar with snacks and drinks with easy access to the pools), that would make the resort just a little bit more next level. But honestly, everything was very nice and we would be happy to return.
The property is lovely and perfect for a family holiday. The restaurant was very good and all staff were friendly and helpful. Our two-story apartment was beautiful and clean and provided plenty of space for two couples with a lovely view overlooking the pool.

IsraelWe were with our kids and got one of the very units that didn't have direct access to the main area. This meant we needed to go around the block of houses and enter the swimming pool through the restrooms. Almost all the other units had direct access to the main area of grass lawns and swimming pools from the unit's porch. The receptionist did not tell us upon checkin that unlike the other units we don't have the direct access. He only said that when can use our room key to open the restrooms door. When I called the receptionist after few hours and complained for paying full price but received an inferior unit, she refused to recognize this and actually nobody really treated our request to move to a different unit and got back to us, although I was very clear. If you really want to go to this place just hassle the employees on not receiving units 1-16. Otherwise there are other places to stay in,and no reason to pay so much while receiving such poor service.
The hotel is nice and has the facilities needed for a family vacation.

SwedenMINUS (or more like recommendations) - First of all, you should have a car to stay here. It is a good distance to Lagos and surrounding beaches (like 5-10 min by the car). - The two pools are good, but both was full with small children. Personally, I would turn the upper pool into an adult pool (from 15+ upwards) and have a snack bar nearby serving beer etc. Now, food and drinks are available at the Italian restaurant by the lower pool. - Extra cost for visiting the spa and gym. Admission should be included in the price even if a treatment costs extra. - Make sure you get an apartment/house with a view. Our terrace and balcony overlooked the opposite living area so you sit and look at each other. The apartment area is shaped like a big zero. - The restaurants were quite ok, but at the golf restaurant we had to wait for a long time for service even though there were no people (4-5 groups in total). But the staff were nice!
PLUS + Perfect if you like golf, you get a discount on golfing. + Large and quiet residential area. Beautiful green areas. + The apartment was nice and quite large in two floors. + Cleaning every day (if you want).
