Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The central location could not be beat. Walkable to the most picturesque neighborhoods and steps from trains, buses and trams to get you wherever you wanted to explore. They exceptional staff were friendly, informative and clearly dedicated to making the customer experience the best and most memorable possible. The complimentary city walk, coffee, wine, minibar and pasteles and helpful suggestions made our trip one of our best travel experiences.

The location was perfect! The rooms are well kept, and corridors are immaculate clean. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come visit Lisboa. I highly recommend this hotel. I'm giving it a 10 star review! That's how happy I am to stay at this hotel.

ItalyI couldn’t speak higher of the staff, which made us feel incredibly welcome and looked out for us the entire time. The location is perfect if you want to see the best of Lisbon. Our room was just the right size for us while we stayed for 3 days. The shower was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and we had a nice window overlooking the square. Big bonus for sound proof windows. In the bathroom, they have a full size blow dryer and a hair straightener. There’s also a restaurant downstairs, Pinoquio, which has a line starting around 6 PM so definitely plan to have a reservation if you want to go.

AustraliaThe room was a bit small for two people but the building is heritage and so there is nothing that can be done about dimension. It was not insurmountable or unpleasant, just a bit more wriggle room in the bedroom area would have been ideal.
Blue Liberdade location was exceptional. It is situated in the heart of the city and easy walking distance to the different ‘quarters’ of the city and public transport. A huge shoutout to the staff at Blue Liberdade, each of them were professional, friendly and kind. The complimentary bar facilities in the rooms were generous. The complimentary pastries, champagne and excellent coffee, tea and water in reception was a pleasant surprise and generous gesture. The bathroom was an excellent size. The whole room was modern and light filled. We would not hesitate to return or refer our friends.
