Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineThe pools are quite cold a part of the one in the SPA. At least one of them have to be heated. The SPA itself has to prolong the working hours. It is open only until 8 pm. You are being given only one towel to use the whole day long. The breakfast is quite average but expensive at the same time. Their coffee is bad( the same is all around Portugal). Check out is very early at 10 am!
This hotel is quite new and clean. We stayed in the big apartment with two balconies and two bathrooms which had everything we needed. The beach is nearby and there are a few pools to use. We also enjoyed using SPA.

Love the roof top apartment lots of room great views. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was generous in size. Kitchen well equipped including washing machine. Free car park was a bonus. A little out from the centre would need a car. Great breakfast with a large variety buffet and also hot food from menu. Great pools on all different levels. Very large complex in different buildings.

AustraliaThe only thing which we didn’t like was the opening time of the gym. We’re early birds and like to train before breakfast so the gym was open too late for us.
The location was amazing and so pretty. We were so impressed with the size of the room and the beautiful view. Can’t appreciate the staff enough for being so helpful and kind always. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and come again one day.

NetherlandsThe underground parking was very difficult to manoeuver in- not sure if that was just our block though. Restaurant was uninspiring so we didn't eat there. Easier to catch a Bolt into the city for fantastic food.
We had a three bedroom apartment that overlooked a pool. We loved the adults only pool- it was about 24 m long so we could do our laps every morning. Apartment was large, quiet and well equipped. Complex was a short walk to a great beach with 2 beach cafes that were both good.

Loads of bathrooms for four people. Plenty of space to leisure both inside and outside. Lovely indoor and outdoor pools. The food and drinks at the poolside bars were reasonably priced and tasty
