Room didn't have aircon, only a fan. But there are windows to open.

Check in was very easy. The receptionist was very friendly and organized a taxi to take me to the airport the next day. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Communal kitchen has everything you need for cooking.

No airco. It was raining outside and I couldn't open the window, so it was too hot to sleep. Location is outside of the city and very quiet except airplanes. But we are enjoying watching the airplanes passing. 12am no more airplanes.

The swimming pool is a great addition to your stay. She allowed us to use the swimming pool before checking in and book a taxi for us. Very friendly. Well organized facilities. Supermarket very nearby.

The kitchen was extremely small and not exactly well equipped - lots of plates, bowls and cups, but not a lot of pots and pans, and utensils were minimal considering the number of rooms/guests it can accommodate. It was extremely hot so sleep was difficult as there is no AC.

Comfortable. Quiet area. Near to airport. Unfortunately due to flight cancellations and alterations we only spend a short night between to connecting flights instead of two nights at the lodge. So we couldn’t experience all facilities. Contact with staff was online but they where very helpful.

Garden around the pool needs some maintenance and plants ! No airco in the room. cleaning of room was done only once during our stay of 8 days. 1 Fridge is quite small for a full-booked house of 19 persons.

Location was very fine with a big parking lot next-door. Pool itself was good and clean. Accomodation is very charming, nice and clean.

Mold in the bathroom (common for the area due to high humidity on the island) power went out and was unable to contact host because phone did not work, my laundry got locked in the washing machine, my husband was able to turn the breaker back on

Location... a bit of a walk in to anything (we knew that ahead of time, but just to mention it).

The price was still a bit high, but having a look around it seemed rooms in Ponta Delgada were generally pricy.

The outdoor pool is a nice spot to refresh or just relax with a book in the fresh air. The location is convenient and everything in town is at walking distance. Autonomous check in with good instructions.

Not the hostel's fault, but the kitchen/living room can get very dirty and messy quickly depending on the guests around... Maybe the common area clean-up should be done more often. Nothing else to point out.

The hostel was really beautifully decorated. The staff was very nice. And the pool was a nice bonus. Ver close to the center of Ponta Delgada.

The only improvement I would suggest is getting air conditioning in the bedroom. It was very hot even with the addition of a fan in the room.

Having stayed there before, we were glad to be back. The facilities offer ample room for all guests in the dining room and kitchen for your food storage. The rooms are themed and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is a much appreciated bonus feature.

Super noisy from the flights (though this likely is an issue in all of PD). A bit stuffy and humid. Shower wasn't very hot.

Very kind persons working there and very efficient, my room was ready before the hour and I arrived late for check out for some reason (my bad) and even like this they keep the smile, good job! Everything very clean and cared. Nice big bed, shared kitchen and lounge.

there was no staff on site, but this was not a problem in our case. a bit tricky getting the bags up to the top door in the narrow staircase.
