Very good full breakfast, eveything available. Rooms very comfortable, not so much the chairs. Other wise very comfortable.

Good swimming pool and facilities. Close to the beach. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Free parking. Nice sea view from terrace in our room.

We had an issue with our toilet flush and it took 3 attempts at reception before anything was done.

It was hard to take a shower. Water pressure was brutal !! I think when you pay 900e for 6 nights, you expect a proper TV in the room. Coffee and tea refill. I was really surprised with prices for the room bar;) Compared to the other 4star hotel, I was staying water still, and sparkling was left in the room every morning.

Very nice breakfast, rooms clean, no problems with clean towels on daily basic, lovely and helpful staff

Seems to be focusing on large groups - the restaurant looks like a huge student canteen - the quality of breakfast is in line with this. A bit far from the key attractions.

Nice pool. Part of the hotel room has been refurbished recently.

AC was awful. We needed to leave the door open at night and it was often noisy. So sleep wasn’t great. Rooms were quite dark.

Tea and coffee were provided in the room but there was no milk and no teaspoons. On several occasions the pool sun beds were full of towels and didn’t see anyone on them until after 3pm.

A lovely hotel right next to the beach. Breakfast was plentiful. The sea view from our room was lovely.

The bar lacked any atmosphere. The breakfast was repetitive...a variety of fruit and hot choice would have been a treat.

While it is a big hotel it is very quiet and relaxing. The pool area is spacious and there are plenty sun loungers.. Proxmity to the beach is a bonus. Peaceful & quiet if that's what you're after

Receptionist lady looked miserable upon our arrival, no smile, no hello or welcome ... If your staff can't crack a smile, they're not happy for a reason which was the first red flag of this hotel. Breakfast time was chaos - hundreds of coach holiday people. We would go down to breakfast and it was packed. The next day we went down an hour later hoping it was quieter and there weren't any tables, there coach groups were still there, hut at least we could get to the food and drinks. A group of young kids come out after an hour and clean the tables which is not a professional look, just feels like cheap labour. The poolside was filthy on Sunday morning with overflowing bins and cigarettes everywhere which caused ants to surround it. The air conditioning in our room barely cooled it down ... and the beds were hard. It would have been nice to have a plug on both sides of the bed, not just one. When we were in our room we made an afternoon coffee and there was no milk, we asked the cleaning lady and she directed us to reception, who then directed us to the bar ... Where we had to pay ... How does a hotel have coffee facilities in the room and no milk and the charge the guests? Never experienced this. In the end, it's a very cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. Wouldn't return again.

The pool, lots of sunbeds and the proximity to the beach. The cleaning ladies are so nice and friendly! The bedroom was big and cosy.

The lights in the room are not that much. They should put more. And the check in time is at 15:00. I hope they can make it a bit early.

What we liked the most is the location of the hotel, the hotel itself because the ambiance is so cozy and a nice perfect place for summer to go to beach 🏖️ in northern part of Portugal and most of all very accommodating staff too. Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay.

So many bus parties overnight there, get your timing wrong and breakfast or dinner can be an ordeal.

Great location just behind the beach with private pool gardens and parking. We'll run, clean & efficient. Just as it appears. Sea view rooms have a great outlook. Huge buffets for breakfast & dinner, not sure about a la carte.
