Nothing to make tea/coffee, we actually ran out of toilet paper during our stay (wasn’t replenished) but I think it is because the stay is so central, we always went back to our place to go toilet.

It was basic accomodation which served our need at a very good price.

For the price it was good, plenty of room, good shower, big bathroom. location was a short walk from the town and resteraunts and free parking was very close also.

We had a few issues with the electronic door locks as the keypad to our room was quite sensitive and we had to get it reset. The noise from the laneway and other guests coming back in the early hours of the day was a negative.

The location is convenient for moving around and going to restaurants and cafes. The reception whilst in a different building was easy to find and the person who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

The staff sent us the wrong combination to our room when we were checking in. But this was fixed very quickly. This is my only complaint, and it was an honest mistake.

Room was beautiful. Excellent value. Location was pretty good, though it's quite close to the highway. Aveiro municipality is developing the area around the lodge, so there was considerable construction. But not too bad!

The room was great, really near the center. I liked the color of the room and the huge bathroom. It was comfortable. I would call the place no-frills. All the essential things were there, and the staff was extremely responsive. The reception serves several structures in the neighborhood, so it is a very lovely optimization work. The distance from reception to the structure is about 50 meters away. There is a vast free parking place very near, so there is no need to be stressed out.

I'm not sure if I read this or not on description but know there was nowhere to store your food or make anything.. no refrigerator or any facilities offered.. the hostel offers more than the lodge

We loved everything.

It was great being able to cook and use the washing machine while backpacking but still have your own space. This is the perfect place to stay. We felt like we could chat with the other guests but had our privacy too. The instructions were very clear and the place is spotless.

The staff needs to do check-in onsite, especially when we are coming with luggage. There is directions on the door to walk 2 blocks to check-in at their nearby hostel property.

It is walkable to the canals and city center. Cute shops and restaurants nearby. Room was private, comfy, and excellent bathroom.

It would have helped to know beforehand you had to check in at the nearby hostel first and that all communication has to go through there. There is no one at the lodge, only the cleaning staff. And the wifi kept dropping out. Even after it had been repaired, there were still issues.

Despite having to go to the hostel to talk to any of the staff, those I did communicate with were excellent, particularly the manager. She was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Great location just off the super busy area making it peaceful and quiet.
