There is little to not like here. I have but two "complaints" - 1) Our toilet seat was broken the entire time and it was almost impossible to get hot water for a shower. Neither issue was able to be addressed during our visit. 2) While the coffee was okay, I had been hoping for delicious espresso-based coffee - cappuccino to be exact. Only one day was the coffee as hot as I like but they were willing to heat mine back up when asked.

Breakfast was great, as were the staff. Our room was bright and airy room on the top floor. with a peak-a-boo view of the ocean. The staff were accommodating for breakfast time, and pretty much anything - just ask! Sitting outside on the patio for breakfast was delightful. Quiet neighborhood on weekends and an easy walk to beach and town.

Host Jimmy is simply the best. We had late flight and he made video for us how we can check-in, because we arrived very late at night. He was awake until we came if we would need any help. Room was very clean and breakfast was really good. Place is very Nice and friendly and very good for families. For sure we will return.

The shower was a little treacherous in that once water is in there, it’s a little slippery. Easily resolved with some sort of matting.

Sophia runs the place and is an excellent host, very helpful with info not only about Cascais itself but of neighbouring areas such as Sintra. The property is clean and comfortable. There is a large kitchen where breakfast is prepared in the morning but which guests can also use which has a dedicated guest fridge. There is also a dining area where guests can congregate at breakfast time….a great opportunity to hear where they have been and get some travel ideas. Breakfast is included and is enjoyable - juice, coffee, bread, jams, meats, cheese, cereal, fruit and yoghurt as well as a few other things. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a tv in the room and air con as well as a bathroom which was clean.

The property was very clean, good beds and the host Jimmy was absolutely incredible. He made us feel at home, helped us very much with breakfast and also showing us what to do and where to go and honestly it felt as if he was part of the family with how kind he was to us

There’s literally nothing to dislike about this place, it will be very difficult for anyone to find something negative to say.

The property was incredibly well kept and the location is perfect. It’s a slight deviation from Your traditional hostels but has made it significantly better. Any amenity you need are likely to be there and Jimmy (the host) is very accommodating.

Jimmy and Sophie were the best hosts!!! The suites are close to everything, restaurants etc. We had private parking for our motorbike which was great. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. They were so attentive, and it was very good value for money! Thank you Jimmy and Sophie, your employer can be proud of you

I think the garden area could do with a little revamp - new plants and a few tables a bit old - but overall lovely place .

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel, which boasts an excellent location, just a 4-minute walk to the old city center and a 5-minute stroll to the nearest beach. Despite being a hostel, it offers a tranquil and safe environment as they rent rooms as suites rather than individual beds. The common areas interior is beautifully designed, and the large outdoor area with a patio and swimming pool is a perfect place to relax. A significant advantage is the free parking, which is hard to find in the area. The staff is outstanding—very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Sophie and Fizu for making my stay so comfortable. Sophie assisted me with parking issues, and Fizu found someone to help me maneuver out of the parking spot, which was much appreciated as I don't drive daily and felt a bit rusty .The room was cozy with a large wardrobe, and the bathroom and shower were excellent, complete with a hairdryer. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options.

Really great host: Fizu is a wonderful person. Very welcoming and goes out of his way for you. The place is conveniently located and comfortable. It has the vibes of a converted hostel (which I quite like personally).

5 stars is not enough for our stay here. The staff were amazing. The place was beautiful and exceeded our expections on every level. I cannot recommend this place enough. The room was lovely and cleaned daily. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. And we were even allowed to stay a little longer on our last day.

When people smoked in the garden the stench wafted into our bedroom. Parking in the area is not easy, especially as there is a school across the road and the parking is policed, so one needs to check that the meter is topped up and the new ticket is displayed in the window.

The room was a comfortable size and so was the bed. The communal kitchen was spacious, well equipped and clean. The breakfast / lounge area was comfortable cheerful and there was also a small lounge / eating area downstairs. The garden and swimming pool were also a great bonus. We were able to park our bicycles in the garden. Fizu is the man who welcomed us and he is a wonderful, sunshine person! Breakfast was delicious and generous!
