Great place, clean, quiet, equipped with everything you might need. It is located 4km from the beach (4€ with Bolt), around 25km from the center of Lisbon (20€ with Bolt). House is big and beautiful. We highly recommend the place !

We were unfortunate to stay during a rainy and cool storm. The house is definitely better equipped for warmth but there was aircon heating and extra halogen heaters provided.

Lovely quiet location, short drive from the beach and close to lots of local Portuguese restaurants.

I had initially thought the beach would be within walking distance from the villa, but it turned out to be farther than expected. It's not exactly a beachfront location unless you take a cab. However, everything else about the experience was fantastic.

The cleanliness was exceptional, and the thoughtful welcome goodies were a delightful touch, offering practicality. Our stay was fantastic; we cherished quality time with family. The sense of security was reassuring throughout. Additionally, the owner promptly addressed any concerns I had, demonstrating helpfulness and efficiency. Moreover, the presence of a lemon tree added to the experience, providing a lovely opportunity to pick and enjoy fresh fruit.

Spacious property that is well equipped and clean. Parking is within gates and very convenient. The location is good for trips to Lisbon, but a car really is needed as there is not much nearby. On the map the beach may look like walking distance, but there is a long cliff, so you would need to walk a fair way to get there. But with a car it's a quick trip and there are several good beaches nearby.

The house has a perfect location; quiet area but still close to Lisbon. The rooms were clean and well prepared, kitchen was well equipped. Two cars could easily park inside the garden. The only misleading information is that the house has only 3 bathrooms, not 4 as mentioned in the description. Other than this, everything was perfect! I'd definitely recommend it!

Pretty nice Location and an awesome Villa! You got a huge amount of beaches next to the Villa, there are some options to eat around it and you are able to visit lissabon in less than 30 min. with the Car ! We also got some nice welcome presents when we arrived :) I can recommend it for everyone!!! <3

A beautiful house! We spent a lovely week in this location! The owner Tiago was very helpful and kind! The facilities were as in the description, and can easily accommodate 8 people! It’s close enough to the lovely beaches, about 5 minutes away with a car, we used Uber a lot (3.50€ cost to the beach). The house is also close to very good restaurants with beautiful food! The house is located in a very quiet area! It was lovely!!!

The location is a bit far from services and the beach so a car is needed.

The house is beautiful, well furnished, well equipped and perfectly organized with all comforts and a perfect distribution of spaces. Billiards is a great pastime. Very easy check in and check out.

The property was fantastic. just some constructive criticism that the stair banister is slightly wobbly so it may need to be repaired in the future. It may also be a nice idea to add curtains above the large glass doors in the sitting room as it could be a little chilly at night. I think it would be nice to put a chair or so on the upper view area so you can enjoy the sun up there too!!

What a lovely place to stay! Our host was exceptional and gave us a beautiful welcome gift that included pastries and a bottle of red wine, a lovely thought. He gave us great advice and provided his information booklet with more local recommendations. You can really tell he is passionate about what he does. We really enjoyed the property and what it had to offer with the outdoor seating, pool table, your own bar, etc. , there was something for everyone. It has a place to park your car with electric gates surrounding the property so you really felt secure and safe. Beds were lovely and comfortable ,nice and warm duvet. Very spacious sitting room and great utility’s. in the kitchen. Bathrooms great exceptional showers. As the weather wasn’t great the villa made up for it entirely. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property to a friend. We hope to come back in the future! Thanks again :)

Nice house with full equipment. Very suitable for families with small children (no pool). The entire area is fenced in, making the stay a very relaxing one. The sea is only 3 minutes away by car. Thank you and gladly one more time.

Downstairs bedroom very small and stuffy with a dim bathroom and small shower. Kitchen needs a few extra items - Barbeque tongs, sharp knife and a few extra glasses and cups. Lighting in lounge was dim and made reading and playing pool at night difficult. No hot water on first night.

Play area for the kids and the pool table for adults were well utilized. Off street parking for 2 cars.
