I advised before we arrive that was key and important to have our double room with views in the -1 floor, in the same level than grass. When we arrived there isnt available room and we must wait a day to have this type of room. I know that this type of request depends of available, but we only repeat if we'll have this type of room, because we need. Thanks

Overall services were really good and our week there was fantastic, thanks for everything. We stayed a week with a little dog and overall services included with dog was impressive, staff, facilities..thanks!

Service around the pool can be improved. Absent service and slow. They have call buttons but no staff seems to pay attention to it.

The hot/cold water when having a shower. OMG, it was either really cold, or really hot, but nothing in between - this was a nightmare! The coffee was terrible, really bad. That was until we found out we could order and get them to make a coffee for us! The carpet in front of the reception desk. It's a trip hazard, and frankly looks tacky. This needs changing to make your first impression of the resort much better! We booked a half board package. The dinner the first night was great, but it progressively got worse as our stay continued. I wouldn't book the dinner package again. Golf, - we booked 8 months out, and then a few weeks prior to us arriving (from Australia, so we'd come a long way), we were advised that one of the golf courses was being shut for maintenance. This woudn't have been a last minute decision, this would have taken planning, so why did they wait until we were just about to arrive?? And why do maintenance during peak season?

The rooms were luxurious - it was lovely to sleep in at night. The small resort, there weren't loads of people around, or people barring pool lounges around the pool in the early morning. This was lovely Breakfasts were great. The bus down to the beach, the driver was more than accommodating and this was really useful. The beach near this resort is lovely, with lots of restaurants and bars that didn't feel touristy (though beware if you go for a walk along the beach, there are nude beaches to both the left and the right of this main beach!!!). The rooms were cleaned beautifully each day. Sitting round the pool was just lovely, not touristy, just relaxing.

3rd time in this hotel and will be coming back! Atmosphere, inside and outside, great pool, good food on a great golf course and close to the beach.

- It's completely impossible to control the temperate of the shower water. It was keeping changing between very hot and very old. - A bit far from beach and Lisbon

The only thing g we didn’t like was the dinner in the hotel. Tiny portions of over described food eg: Fisherman’s Octopus with Argentinian Prawns. Was billed as a main course, approx 4 spoonfuls of food, prawns and octopus could have come from Aldi. Waited a long time for it as well, so went to bed hungry.

Shower temp kept changing from boiling hot to cold, we were told there was an issue throughout hotel which could not be resolved. Breakfast could be better with more options. €20 per hour for checkout after 12pm a bit steep.

We love the quiet, green location, perfect if you have a car. Friendly staff, lovely and relaxing pool. Very comfortable beds.

Modern, airy and tastefully furnished hotel. The room was big with a high ceiling and very clean. Good mattress and good soundproofing. Delicious breakfast. Loved the recreational and cozy pool-area. Would visit again.
