Pleasant hotel located within walking distance of the old town and the riverside. Fairly large rooms and sizeable bathroom fitted with marble. Breakfast not very varied but quite OK. Reserved parking places in front of the hotel are few but there is a very large paid parking right there.

The TV was too small, the Beds a little too hard, & blankets a little too scratchy, but everything else makes up for it

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The Mascot Terrier is adorable. The location puts you within the city center

Bed very hard, uncomfortable and pillows lumpy. Lift noise annoying early and late. No kettle or a tea bag just to make a warm drink when I wake up!

Setubal is quite pricey for hotels, thus was a bit cheaper but is a little bit away from the avenue

The breakfast room is small and was overcrowded when we were there. It may be there was a coach party staying and all came at the same time but it would have been better if there was more space. Due to the overcrowding some people were having to wait for a table to become available. The breakfast itself was good and there was an adequate selection of food which was kept topped up.

Location is good and there is some parking available but only 3 spaces for hotel guests. Fortunately on the first day we were able to use one of these. There is additional parking in the square just outside but this is payable at the machine. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. We also discovered a nearby restaurant called O Quintal which was excellent as the hotel does not do evening meals.

Excellent breakfast and staff. Not used to traveling a city with mountains, hills and roundabouts so difficult getting around the city Desk staff helpful esp Helena! Gabriel was helpful also

The king bed was firmer than we liked, but we got used to it and had a good night sleep. You have to pay for parking ..while not expensive, it required feeding the meters first thing in the morning.

The location was central. The front desk manager was beyond amazing. We had a two room suite, which was wonderful for work Zoom calls!

The bed was very comfortable Bathroom clean. The room lighting could have been better. Very dull lighting when you enter the room which is a bit depressing The TV size is atrocious considering that todays TVs are inexpensive. No writing desk No electric sockets to charge phone Fridge just exists in off position Considering the bed is so comfortable the room could have been made to look warm and decorative. The room lighting on entry was VERY DEPRESSING

Each day I was there a different coach party was there. They all come down to breakfast together. The breakfast room is not big enough to accommodate. Suggest need a separate breakfast room for coach parties to enable other guests to have a nicer breakfast experience. Some lights in my room did not work. Location is not the nicest but only a short walk to town.

Friendly staff. 10 minute walk from town centre. 10 minute walk from Station. Rooms are a littel basic but clean and functional. Breakfast is good and the singing breakfast lady is entertaining.

Poor wifi and less than ideal number of power plugs.

Early breakfast for triathlon athletes, pet friendly hotel. Lots of parking space around, and wallking distance (15 minutes) from city center.
