It would have been nice if breakfast had been included given the price of the booking.

Pleasant and comfortable hotel in central Faro. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and charming, as well as being very helpful. The spacious room and large bed were also appreciated. I only had a quick stay here but found it worthwhile.

The toilet needed fixing. The handheld shower bracket was broken.

Quite dirty particularly the carpet outside our door, obvious vomit marks. The air con worked well as there was no window, there was but opened to outside air con vents.

Room a bit dark. Courtyard window and poor lamps. No kettle etc and no notice that tea /coffee was included in the room rate. Breakfast took ages and had gone cold. ?Part due to language probs

Shower smelt just basic no facilities as such

Our room wasn’t ready when we booked in at 2pm, the shower smelt musty, no coffee tea hot chocolate facilities as mentioned in write up, so no morning cuppa for me!! On the plus side the restaurant and staff were amazing. Wouldn’t stay again but def go back for meal!

Strange seperate shower with glass door next to bed. OK for a couple, but if travelling with friends it could be awkward. We had to keep going downstairs to have our room card re-set to get into room

Toilets' in the restaurant were very dirty, and the doors and lights didn't work.

Breakfast we paid €10 for and it was a feast, well worth a try. The room was large and bed comfy, location was excellent.

A modern hotel in the centre of Faro. Comfortable enough but I can't say we fell in love with the place. Kind staff.

The shower cubicle was separated from the bedroom only by a glass door - very odd (!). Room very white - white walls, white bed - which will be perfect for others tbh.

Location is perfect close to all the sights. We booked a room with a little balcony which was worth it for sure. Overlooking a pretty cobbled alleyway. Bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants, shops.

The staff, except for the woman who checked me out, the cleaners and Juan, were so rude. The woman with curly hair who checked me in was sooo rude, I asked her a question as to why my card was blocked to access my room and she walked off in a strop. Rude.

Location is great, marina front to the left and all the shops and restaurants on the right. In the heart of it all.
