Only real problems were that in both the kitchen and the living room, just walking made the chairs wobble and make noise. Woke up a few of us some times.

Had everything we needed, location was great and the AC really helped cool off.

One of the rooms did not have air conditioning, which could get quite hot at night. Additionally, the kitchen amenities were a somewhat rickety. The oven was not working properly and the refrigerator and washing machine were a bit flimsy. There were also no cutting boards and proper cutlery which made cooking at home possible but a bit challenging. Lastly, we would also have appreciated to be informed more clearly about the €450 deposit.

It was great to have three bathrooms for a large group of girls. The apartment was spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed the balcony, and the location was excellent for the price. The WiFi was also quite reliable.

Just know you have to leave cash deposit of 450 Euros which is in important information but I missed it. Was not great when Lisbon was last stop on our holiday.

The pictures on booking were not fully representative of the flat. The bedsheet of both rooms were stained by bleach and had holes. We requested a baby cot which was provided, but no bedsheets were included as well as no extra towels for the baby.

Nice position and very friendly and helpful host Cristina. The flat had also a washing machine and a dishwasher which were able to use both and soap was provided.

The €450 deposit is really inconvenient and they don’t make it obvious. The information is at the bottom of the confirmation email and I didn’t read that until the next day, by then it was too late to cancel. I’m British and have no need for euros now I’m back home so I lose money twice on the exchange rate. The big bedroom door isn’t very soundproof and the door to the apartment itself is hard to use. It’s a very old building though so I understand it’s hard to change things like that. The information book said we had to clean everything, so we vacuumed and mopped and were stressed about hairs the mop kept leaving around.

Big comfy bed, huge bathroom that’s new and everything works well. Cristina the manager is lovely and friendly, and very welcoming. She explained everything perfectly. The neighbourhood isn’t touristy and has everything you need, if you’re ok to walk a bit to get to transport.

Shower temperature varied wildley. Upstairs a bit too hot. Doors a bit finniky to open.

Clean and comfortable, nicley furnished with a good view. Good air conditioning. Supermarket, restaurants and subway station nearby. The kitchen was well equipped and the place seamed newly renovated. Good beds and well functioning appliances, dishwasher and washing machine.

apartment was not very clean, and there were no kitchen towels or soap for the dishwasher (no need for big quantity but at least leave or or two tablets for stay would be nice). I would suggest also to put some perfume in the toilet. one of the room need also a proper closet.

Requirement to put security deposit created unnecesary load because you have to dedicate money to deposit instead using them for spending :). Moreover for a visitor there is no ensurance that those money will be returned, it is based on trust.

Apartement had 3 double bads and 3 bathrooms which is quite good for group of people in same apartement.

The apartment was very stylish, comfortable and hygienic. Everything that you could possibly need for a longer vacation was provided by that apartment with a large kitchen and three bathrooms. We had a nice stay, everyone was so friendly and everything went well. The balcony for evening chats was the highlight! Not even one of us 8 girls staying there has complains. Next time visiting Lisbon again, we will book the same apartment again.

I gave months notice that we only needed 2 of the 3 apartments reserved, yet we were forced to pay for all 3 and no refund was offered for the 3rd apartment even though they sold it again!

- We didn’t feel like it was clean at the apartment - some dishes were dirty and cups had lipstick leftovers, bed sheets had stains, some furniture felt sticky. - The deposit of 450 euros is not a service-oriented approach. It’s annoying to withdraw and carry so much cash with you in the days when we barely use any cash at these days. - The host comes to bring and pick up the keys (and handle the deposit) upon checkin and checkout. But if checkout is before 8 or 9am, they ask for additional 30 euros. Again, not a service-oriented approach. Luckily, the host was flexible for us and came to inspect the house and handed over cash the day before. - we were asked to pay city taxes for our small children which are exempted. So always check if the amount they request is correct. - Mainly ikea stuff in the house, bench in the hall isn’t stable to sit on, some chairs in the living room seem to be broken.

- Quiet neighborhood (no bars around, could sleep well) - Great coffee place around the corner. - Host was friendly, responsive, flexible and open to find a solution to some customer-unfriendly rules. There was no baby crib in the room, while we requested for it. She quickly arranged it for us.

Whole building smells like mold covered in fresh paint. Apartment itself also has a strange smell - it doesn't have good isolation and you can hear noice from the street. We thought that there is an air condition based on the listed things in the apartment but that was a lie. Also, note that shower is leaking because it was poorly built.

the €450 deposit is SUPER inconvenient, especially for people travelling to/from countries which do not use EUR currency. Now, I am stuck with Euros collecting dust until my next trip into eurozone... the floors and walls are super thin, you could hear every step from upstairs The rooms and beds are nice and comfortable, but they very weirdly laid out... with no/very little window & natural light in them all & also, the doors do not close properly in any of them

The place was nice, good quality stuff, especially the bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, all huge pluses! Owners were very responsive whenever there was an issue
