A staff member chased us down the second day as our group was on our way to meeting someone. We were requested back to the reception area to pay 10c, ten cent, on the bill, as THEY had accidentally undercharged us the previous day. Again, by 10c. We were then late to our friends. This person thought the correct path forward in that situation, was to disturb the guests clearly on their way somewhere, to delay them, to pay 10 cents, that was your fault originally. Whoever is the manager in this establishment needs to train their staff better, that is not how that situation is resolved. You take the 10c hit.... Ridiculous. Additionally the staff member in the restaurant area day 1 couldn't have been nicer, a small Asian lady, day 2 was the most sour faced short haired lady, you could physically feel her misery when serving you, service industry is perhaps not for her

Property was slightly dated inside although clean. In particular the fridge in apartment had some rust so this could be updated. Pillows on bed were also very thin and flat so maybe new or more pillows would be good

The view was absolutely outstanding along with the size of balcony and loungers on balcony. Was excellent. Pool area good aswell and pool bar offering good range of drinks and snacks. Staff very friendly

Our air conditioning broke - although they tried to fix it, it stopped working again. We were given fans straight away to help to keep us cooler, so I was pleased with the service and immediate response.

We loved the large balcony with beautiful sea view. The apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It had everything we needed. The pool bar was very reasonably priced. The two pools were lovely and clean. Not too overcrowded. Location was fantastic with supermarket, restaurants and beach very close. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the pool bar is cash only which would have been good to know before hand.

The apartments were great and in an amazing location beside the beach. The pools and pool bar were very good and the food was great. The apartments were very spacious with good sized bedrooms and living rooms.

It was a bit dirty when we arrived, but upon speaking to the front desk, they promptly performed a better cleaning, and the only other thing is that the apartment was a bit dated, old tiles, cabinetry, old paint.

It was a great size for a family of 5 with grown children, air conditioning in all the rooms, we had an apartment on the third floor with a great view of the ocean and pools, two bedrooms and also two bathrooms.

Sofa bed in the living room could have been better. The snack bar wasn't open in the evening and it was a difficult walk to the nearest one.

The location was beautiful with a fantastic view of the sea. The apartment itself was large and clean.

It is a very good situated apartment hotel with 3 pools and nice apartments, just 2 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to a super market. We loved it.

No wine bottle opener, no washing up liquid, no kitchen paper, no shower soap and an awful cheap small leaking teapot with tiny cups.

We were only there for three nights but on the third day the pool was closed all day for unscheduled cleaning. This was a bit annoying as we had selected the property because it had a swimming pool which we could use with our disabled daughter.

Located in a quiet area of town and within easy reach of the local beach via steps.

The apartment complex is very dated and in need of refurbishment. The saloon doors to the kitchen area were very irritating! The sun loungers on the balcony were dirty. The TV had no English speaking channels other than Sky News and the WiFi didn't work. Such a pity as the location is great.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a fabulous sea view. The staff were lovely.

Just getting a bit worn in places, but everything worked and we felt comfortable.

The apartments are in a convenient location overlooking the sea, a footpath runs along side the hotel and down some steps onto the beach area. Car parking was just sufficient and could fill up easily in peak season. The apartment was very spacious with a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The lounge had a massive sliding door giving access to the balcony (ours was on the ground floor so it accessed a patio and the gardens) The bathroom fittings and kitchen cupboards are all a bit tired and dated but worked fine. Everything was clean and usable. The pool area with its two pools looked good although we did not use it. There is a supermarket 5 mins walk away, the main road with the tourist restraunts was a 20 min easy walk.

Lack of toiletries

Big apartment for a group of four. We had four single beds that were very comfortable. The view was amazing looking out the sea and the pool.
