Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IrelandThere is no tea/coffee making availability in the room, and no room service.
All reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our initial room was a bit on the small side but we were kindly upgraded to a bigger room the next day. Also very accommodating in providing tea and coffee after a late night. Breakfast is very good. Location is good, there is a nice restaurant around the corner and a supermarket across the road. Also very near Porto football stadium.

United StatesIf to think of one thing, parking is limited and a bit of a challenge. Having said that, Porto Antas Hotel is surrounded by public transportation. Frankly, driving in Porto is a challenge. We didn't move our rented car for 3 days, and could and should have saved the money.
A welcoming generous and informative receptionists and staff. Large, clean and convenient rooms. Breakfast was great, especially the fresh made espresso. On a scale from 1 to 10, value for money is 10.

NetherlandsI had an interesting Experience with ANTAS Hotel/ In the begiining I had been given a room where it was cold, almost freezing because of the air conditioner / I was tired and wanted to sleep, the receptionist came and tried to fix it... and he coudl not. He gave me another room - better, warm and cozy.

Czech RepublicThe air conditon is little bit noisy, I didn't find the way how to stop the noise, even though I turned out the AC. I was missing vegetable at breakfast. But this were small things.
Comfortable bed, clean bed linen and clean bathroom - this was all perfect. Enough space in the room, also for baggage and clothes. TV. Good breakfast - during weekend and holidays breakfast is served until 12, which is very nice.
