Not sure if this should be considered a guesthouse. I had a mixed experience during my stay. Fabio, the guy from reception, was very friendly and helpful, taking the time to show me around all the facilities. It was also nice that I was able to drop off my bags before the official check-in time. However, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The kitchen is extremely small—only one person can fit at a time—and when someone is cooking, the entire living room fills with the smell of food. The common bathroom was quite smelly and didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly enough. The back garden is a highlight, though—a peaceful spot with plenty of trees, including fruit trees, which was a nice touch. One major disappointment was that the pictures in the advertisement don’t fully match the reality, especially the common spaces. For example, the TV doesn’t work, which was frustrating. On the plus side, the WiFi connection was great, but there’s no connection in the garden. The whole place feels old and in need of a good refurbish to live up to what’s advertised. In the room, there are lockers, but they’re too small to fit large luggage. You do get a socket plug and a mini fan by the bed, but the pillow was terrible. If you’re picky about pillows, expect some neck pain.

Full of Mold- we had to change the room because fist room given to us was horribly smelling because of Mold, second one also had it in whole wall in bathroom but the smell was less. There were not enough of toilet paper,only leftover when we moved, for 2 of us. Moreover, very small uncomfortable pillows.

Our room was located in 3rd floor and we had problem with Toilet. Toilet fills up with water after flush,it might be clogged or blocked drain that doesn't allow for a proper flush. Shared kitchen could be messy by people cooking.

Accommodation is located near to Estadio do Dragao (FC Porto stadium) and mall.10-15 min drive in Car. Room was spacious and worth the price. we had private bathroom and heater were provided.Staffs were very friendly and pleasant.
