Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Centrally located, close to the beach, the staff was very helpful and competent with checking in, parking process, etc.

United StatesThe included breakfast was lackluster. If your not a fan of croissants then you will starve because that it all they have. The shower in my room had no soap and was just a little too small to function as a good shower. The same would go for the elevator
It’s was just a nice room and the staff except for the front desk lady are really nice. I saw the rating as 2 stars but I can’t find out why. I think it’s at least a 3 or a 3.5. The pool is pretty good and it comes with one of the best views in the city.

Czech RepublicUnfortunately the wi-fi didn’t work, we had a room quite far, and there was an extender rooter, but with no internet connexion. We told it at reception but nobody comes to solve the problem.
Nice and comfortable! The staff was really. Just little remark, please control the cover bedlinen before laying, we sweated a lot during the night and the last day we realized that the plastic side was returned. For people who don’t sleep well, be careful with the rooms to the street side. There was quite a noise.

LithuaniaSuper location, straight close to the beach. Personel was very helpful with car parking in the hotel grounds. Room has a view to ocean. Room was quite big and was better then on picture. Only breakfast choice was very small, but we didn't expected more. So overall stay was very good.

FranceThere is a nice rooftop with a very nice view and a small pool. However the rooftop is owned by seagulls and they leave their marks everywhere. Would recommend to consider installing invisible ropes around the walls like they do in the Algarve to keep it clean.

GermanyRoom spacious with air-condition. Breakfast is fixed included which I don't like. It was also mediocre. The juice tasted terribly artificial and the selection of topics is limited. Parking is difficult. You can get lucky and get one of the free spots that belong to the hotel. But if you drive away, someone else from the hotel can take it. And it's around the building in the basement and very narrow. Better use a free parking space that is very close to the hotel https://maps.app.goo.gl/jh2aB93TwRhP4Qyw8 Regular parking on the street costs a fee. An official parking garage is also available for 15 euro per day. The hotel staff is friendly but English commutation sometimes difficult. It took a while until we got the info that the pool gets closed around 8pm.

PolandFurniture on the balcony was low cost and it was not a pleasure to sit there - also no view, the air-co from the neighbouring balcony was also quite noisy, but for us it was not an issue. Also the pillows should be replaced as they were already worn out. Breakfast was the worst we had in Portugal - very basic, juice was not fresh but very sweet like the cheapest one from the shop, coffee not very tasty, only 1 cheese and 1 ham to select.
Room was spacious and comfortable, nice view from terrace on 6th floor where there was a small swimming pool.
