No air conditioning… would have been perfect for the hot summer! Fans couldn’t do the trick. We all came back with enough mosquito bites due to us opening the doors to sleep at night. 😂

Big, clean and spacious! Close to amenities and the famed Fisherman’s Market… close to the road too. Tina, our hostess, was marvellous too! She welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine. 👍🏽

Huuuuuuge apartment with two bathrooms and three (almost four) balconies. I really appreciate that there was everything you need f.e. dishwasher tablets. Small things make huge difference. You don't need to waste your time for essential shopping especially when you stay only for few days. Helpful office manager and nice check in after 10 p.m.! Great location and the bust stop almost next to the front doors so you basically have a private transfer. Great place for a long stay for a group of people. Welcome wine and water was more we expected. If you see it available just book it!

The underground parking place is narrow and a little difficult to manage, the second bedroom has no windows.

The apartment is spacious- especially the living- and clean, very well equipped; safe location, excellent for visiting Funchal, for city and sea tours and shopping even without a car. The hosts are very well organized for check in and out, nice and welcoming.

Parking can be a challenge. I was lucky to have my husband who is very good driver. It is very steep so quite impossible to get there with a lower car and floor is slippery for pneu that makes it hard to get out. However, if you will need to change it, there is also an option for the same price to park a car 10 min walking distance.

Great place to stay in the center of Funchal! Appartment is well equiped - even salt and pepper, washing gel for washing machine etc. Small things that make a stay more convenient. It is cosy with everything you need. There is a lift and you can easily get to the center, shopping mall, cafes .. Communication with Tina was smooth and she was happy to help us. Thanks a lot for everything!

Very professional approach, informative, 5 minute wall to the ocean, large super market right next to the building, parking access through elevator. Super safe and clean. Even though we like to change locations and properties each time, we would 100% come back hear.

We were very satisfied with our stay in the Anadia Atrium. Host was responsive and helpfull and check in went smooth. We had all that we need. In our apartment we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work. But oh well- we just had to do dishes. We could have asked for help but it was no big deal.

The street beneath is quite budy with a lot of buses. It doesn´t matter with closed windows. There could be more kitchen utensils such as pans etc.

The apartment is very close to the center of Funchal, that´s perfect. It is also very spacious, the building itself is nice, clean. The apartment as well. It´s easy to get to the city and/or drive out to the country. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful.

The kitchen equipment can be improved to be able to cook more comfortably (not sticky pan, cheese grater, etc), but for basic meals we had everything necessary.

It is located in the city center, therefore close to everything what we may need. Perfect place to rest a bit and explore the island. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very nice. Our host, Tina was also very helpful.
