Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThey don't have lift and with lagguege's walk to top floor really not easy.But billding old normal expectation,not a proper reception,u need call and wait untill untill some body comes and open door.
Very close to town centre,bars,clubs,5min walk, one night club just opposite road,rooms big and clean.

PortugalNot calm. Not lift to up and down to the kitchen and room. Different floor. It is not a Lisbon like being informed. It is Different town Montijo 25 km from Lisbon. I am not happy and so sad. Because in explanation talk about center of Lisbon. And I am shocked when I arrived.
Kitchen is good. Big room is good. That's all.

Germanylocation was out of Lisbon and doesn’t come in extended ticket as well. The point where you board the ferry to return to Lisbon is without people and no proper information on bus timings to city. But Uber works just fine and I it’s cheap too. Plan your stay well ahead of its in montijo.
First and foremost the property owner, she couldn’t speak a single word English and me neither Portuguese, but we still managed to communicate what was required yet was the sweetest person I met in Portugal kind and helpful. I had to cancel the booking for one out two days because of location and connectivity. and was still able to without extra cost. She personally took me to ATM and grocery store and asked me what I want and until exiting the counter. I was moved by her hospitality. where as had a bad experience at ferry ticket point.
