Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

EstoniaYou had to park car to public parking garage but we did not had this information. But this parking garage was only 2 min away from hotel, so it was actually very convenient. 24h parking cost 25 EUR. If you are with car, do not try to reach hotel with it, it is not possible , all roads to hotel are closed for cars. Just park in Public Parking garage and walk 100 m.
Nice small friendly hotel in Lisbon City centre near the sea/river. Unique design, old renovated house, lovely rooms, good bed and pillows / blankets. Good breakfast with possibility to order warm dishes and assortment of cold meats/ cheeses , fruits and pastry. Possibility to eat breakfast outside was important for us.

The location was ideal for our first visit to Lisbon. The decor was beautiful, the staff had a nice calm manner, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was spot on with a buffet along with the option to order specific items. It was a perfect pick.

IsraelCan't get to the hotel with a car. Nearest parking lot was fully booked. Don't come with a car!! The room we got was very small. You must be very thin in order to reach your side of the bed.

CanadaGreat location for Lisbon, the hotel was very quiet at night. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Very clean and everything is new in the hotel. If you rent a car, park in the underground parking right nearby, just a quick walk up the steps to the hotel. Quite a few restaurants nearby as well.

The location of the hotel is great and we got the a great view to the river. Room was clean and had all the equiment that we needed. The hotel has a great breakfast (not a lot variety, but enough). Despite the fact we came late (because of missing connecting flight), the room waited for us. Fast in respone to any issue. I would recomend to my family and friends to stay in this hotel!
