Great location in Chiado neighborhood with easy walk to nearby restaurants and bars. Room was very large and comfortable with lots of storage. Bathroom was large and well appointed. Breakfast room downstairs was lovely with several hot and cold choices and was plenty to start our day. Staff was friendly and helpful, would highly recommend.

WiFi signal weak in rooms always dropping. Coffee machines at breakfast cause queues and restrict access to buffet. The balcony for our room was very small just enough room for table and chairs also always in shade and beside an air conditioning unit. Only used once.

Excellent location, 10 min walk to town. Lovely gardens. Rooms nicely decorated. Older part of house has lots of character. Nice pool areas (2).

Great location in the Chiado area coupled with a beautifully decorated hotel. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The charm of the converted 17th Century palace showed through. Magic.

Only complaint is that the bed was a little hard ( for me) husband said it was fine, so it’s a personal choice I suppose!!

Loved the location and cleanliness. The bed was so comfortable and firm. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke English. They had many helpful suggestions for us to find restaurants and things to do in the neighborhood. The suite was spacious and had nice air conditioning and windows with a view. Located in a good area. Felt safe and secure in this property. Breakfast was delivered to our room early since we had an early flight. They arranged a taxi to pick us up and take us to the airport ahead of time, very helpful and reasonable price. Decor was charming.

Gorgeous boutique hotel. It was close to everything we wanted to do, especially the time out markets, the train station and Praça do Comércio. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was delicious and the ladies made some delicious scrambled eggs!!

The initial welcome from Claudia and the other staff was excellent. The cleanliness, beautiful big bedroom and everything we needed. We were leaving early and they left a tray with some breakfast snacks for us much appreciated.

Our hotel room did not have a functioning television - would have been nice!

This hotel was beautiful and well kept, rooms were lovely and spacious and walking distance from all the main attractions. The staff were so so helpful and really took care of us when we got food poisoning. Would recommend this property as a great stay !

Late night noise in the street. That is really the only negative and we don't think the hotel could do anything about it.
