Only small restriction was on the promised „garden view“ which was a view on the parking space.

The appartement was good and the service by Ruben was excellent. He did follow all requests immediately and solved everything perfectly! He should be promoted!

The only down side to the apartment was, there was just one bathroom / toilet and that was very disappointing and frustrating when more than 3 people share the apartment

This is one of few occasions when I can say that 99% was better than expected

The people upstairs were a bit noisy occasionally but no biggie.

The apartment was lovely, clean and well equipped, with a great terrace and garden. The welcome pack was a nice touch. Unfortunately we had an accident while on holiday but Ruben and his mum were incredibly helpful in lots of ways. Thank you!

A couple of nights there were very noisy people outside, late at night. Also, during high winds, we had very loud banging noises through the night, could not sleep much.

As it was a ground floor flat we did have quite a few ants in and around the apartment so couldn’t really leave anything sitting out. Didn’t bother us to much after a day or so

You can’t walk to the city centre however it’s very cheap in an Uber.

The only issue we had was water coming out of the shower to the bathroom floor.

Our stay was great, the apartment is within walking distance to São Rafael beach. Ruben welcomed us and he was super helpful and kind. 100% recommend :)

The mattress was a little hard.

The hosts met us at the property and were very helpful! They gave us all of the info that we needed! The unit was very clean and well organized.

Long walk or cab ride to any local restaurants. Development office were not keen to help as the apartment was not being looked after by them. No guidance on excursions or things to do. Nobody to contact in an emergency. When we called a help line number the response often took over a day. When they did get back to us they were very attentive and fixed things as needed. There was no immediate help and often the phone number went nowhere.

Quiet. Plenty of room around pool. Beaches excellent nearby. Apartment very clean and well cared for.

Spotlessly clean apartment and veranda. Extra pillows and blankets available if needed. Host met us the morning of check in to show us local places we may want to visit. Gave us his contact number to reach out if we needed anything during our stay. Provided us with towels for the beach or pool. All amenities provided that you could need like microwave, kettle, oven, hairdryer, coffee machine, fridge, safe, iron, air conditioning, washing machine and WiFi. Nice local beach located 5 minute walk from apartment (small hill) The pool facilities are great, multiple sunbeds and nice food served in the bar. Uber to Albufeira old town only around 6 euro. To Marina only 4 euro. All in all would 10/10 recommended this booking and if we ever return it will definitely be to here. Ruben is a legend 👍🏻

that i had to leave

everything, the location was brilliant and accessible to the beach and local restaurants and lovely secret beaches and the town, but not too close it was super busy or loud. the grounds are gorgeous and our host Rueben was outstanding, super friendly and gave amazing recommendations of local quaint places to visit and eat. The apartment was clean and tidy complete with everything you would need for a pleasant stay from towels and hairdryers to a washing machine. gorgeous views and a stunning pool.

Apartment was roomy, towels (including beach towels) provided. Very clean and well equipped. Pool was lovely and only a short walk to a stunning beach. Hosts were very accommodating for a late check out due to a very late flight. Couldn’t have been more helpful.

We found 3 "Bed bugs" in my sons bed, between the clean sheets. He then refused to stay in his room and it resulted in him sleeping with us in our bed. That wasn't convenient or a nice surprise. We could have done without it.

Ruben Flores was unbelievable. We are in the hospitality industry in Ireland and I must say he gave us the Welcoming package that every places should offer to it's tourists. His presentation as well as his manners were much appreciated. we did have an issue with the WIFI which he sorted within the next hour. The place was spotless and the welcoming pack was such a nice surprise with a bottle of Wine, Water, Tea, Coffee .....etc. He also was rich in recommendations for activities we were able to enjoy over some others. The apartment shows some signs of use but nothing terrible, everything works. The pool must be accessed with a card which we did not have. However, the pool staff let us in but advised the owner to get such card, which might be tricky since the Home Owner Association Office is closed on Sundays.

Very friendly host, showed us everything and made himself available in case anything was needed. There was a welcome pack with wine, milk, water, coffee and tea! We did not spend a lot of time in the apartment but there was everything one might need such as a fully-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher but this is a studio), iron, pool towels, really everything.

Apartment was lovely and clean, host was very friendly and helpful, location is quiet and only around a 7/8 minute taxi into old town, nice beach beside accomodation, pool within the complex was great fun, not busy at all when we stayed at the end of May which we loved, staff at the pool bar were also really lovely and friendly.. Overall a great experience.
