Small room bath shower was way to small and difficult

Bed sheets are old, pillowcases with holes. Breakfast without hot part like eggs/bacon/sausages etc.

Location (but be careful, no way you can normally get it by a car), rooms provide atmosphere of the past.

Excellent localization. Is to central, it's a very good option. The breakfast at a local cafetaria, was very good.

Maybe a little more at breakfast. Unfortunately the elevator wasn't operating. A lack of offerings in the room like mini bar. Besides that very good.

Unfortunately AC was not the best so the room was very warm.

It was very conveniently located in the heart of town. The staff was accommodating, keeping my son’s medicine in their staff refrigerator during our stay.

Breakfast was prebooked in 30 min slots but at 9 am when we went it was bit to full pf people so it was hard to get the food. Also the toaster is useless. The portable AC in the room was good but very noisy and you need make sure the water deposit is in the correct place otherwise it'll flood the room. Due to it's super central location, you can't park close to the hotel.

Staff is welcoming and helpful. Location is super central, in Óbidos' main street. Beds are comfortable. Shower is good. It's an honest 3 star hotel.

The elevator wasn’t working. We were with an elderly woman and we had to climb two flights of stairs. The bathroom didn’t lock the door. There was only a bath option inside the bathtub. Where it filled with water and took a long time to empty. So it’s pterygians to fall. Os móveis da sala de lazer eram muito velhos. Breakfast was not a good experience. The place was very hot, many insects, the coffee was an industrial machine (weak coffee) few Bread options. Very heavy and old tables and chairs. The staff were friendly.

The location is excellent. And the staff are friendly.

Breakfast is basic, but ok. The breakfast area is a bit dark in the souterrain of the hotel - could have been nicer to set it up in the adjacent bigger room with the windows.

Lovely hotel in a unique setting. Very calm in the evenings when the tourists are all gone, and you can enjoy the medieval city for yourselves, walk the walls in the sunset, and enjoy delicious food - got some good sleep! Breakfast is ok

We had a room overlooking the street with windows to open and a view of the activities. It was clean and peacefully wuiet by 7pm. It was relaxing to explore the walls of the castle and backstreets and rest inbetween outings.

It was a great location to stay in, but you cannot drive in there at all and if you have a good bit of luggage it’s a REAL problem. But then we are two elderly people and have problems carrying luggage very far. And it’s hard to roll them on the old cobblestone streets. But you’re close to everything.

Parking was just outside town, so we had to walk c 15 minutes on cobblestones to the hotel. Hotel was quiet late evening, but noisy all day as we happened to be there during a chocolate festival and music was blaring in all the streets.

Very central hotel in the heart of the old town. Relatively quiet in the evening.

The hotel mentions that it has parking, but in reality, you have to park outside of the old town and carry your luggage all the way to the hotel (through the alleys and the strolling masses). The hotel itself is quite run down. Also, the elevator does not function and there are almost no (available) power points in the room.

Once you have reached the hotel, it has a nice location, right in the middle of the old town. The bunk beds for the kids in the family have protection on the side (extra bars).

Cute place in the middle of historic Óbidos. Location was perfect for enjoying the village in the castle walls. Breakfast was included.
