The only issue for us and this only partially to blame on the hotel is the noises coming from the hallway. If you have people with 0 sense of decorum that only think about them selfs and need to have a full conversation when they walk in the hallway...... Then the thin doors and the fact there is minimal sound insulation, will wake you up.

Hotel is pretty good. It is located on a busy street so some street noises will be something to take into consideration. If you are not a light sleeper it wont be to big of an issue. Staff is really nice and helpfull. Breakfast is good, different options so there is something for everyone. The staff makes sure everything is restocked regularly so there is always enough and it is fresh. From the hotel you can easyly walk to the bay, the city center or other sites.

There was nothing that we did not like. Since we were in the family room that sleeps four, the only issue was that the adjoining room with two twin beds did not have an airconditoning unit. But it was no issue for our stay as the weather was cool.

The room was plain but comfortable and a good value for the price, especially since the rate included breakfast, which was really delicious.

The staff was very helpful, gave us some good tips. The breakfast was ok, you could definitely find something that you like to eat. The room was big enough for 4 people, maybe a bit noisy since we had room with a street view. The hotel is located close to the centre, walking distance.

Parking space a bit narrow in front of the hotel. We saw that there was a garage, but maybe it was full since we weren't told that we could park there. Either way it is not a big issue.

First and foremost that it is family friendly. The hotel had a special corner set for kids with toys, the breakfast was really good. Diffferent options, all really tasty. The location is really good, close to restaurants and other facilities. the staff was really friendly and we are so grateful that they allowed us to do the check in three hours earlier than expected. We really recommend it, and we will definitely come back. Thanks a lot to all the staff of Hotel Laitau!

So we were traveling by motorbike, so the parking was what made us pick this place. It is well connected to the center. The front desk people was nice with us. The terrace is actually very nice. There is restaurants nearby.

We came with a group of 17 atletes, all the rooms were perfect! They had coffee and tea on the first floor and and microwaves for who wanted to heat up food. Top breakfast just what we needed to start the day! All very clean and neat! Thank you!

The let down was breakfast. All drinks apart from black coffee have sugar due to the milk being sweet. For a cup of tea you can only get hot milk that's sweetened. Food Luke warm & toaster took ages. No bin for tea bags and rubbish. Such a shame because otherwise the hotel is clean and good value.

Perfect location, not too far from the centre. Parking is free on the street and in front of the hotel, they also have a parking garage. Room was quite nice bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and great variety.

Rooms smelled a bit stale; but the airco helped with that. The lifts looked a bit dangerous. Parking on premises is a challenge, but yo can park around the corner.

Breakfast was great. As was the location and staff. Special call out to Bernardo Dias at the front desk. Great for access to Praia da Figueirinha.
