Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This is a lovely apartment, so close to the beach and restaurants/mini market. Was really clean with everything you could want. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable, balcony was lovely to sit on and we ate out there a lot The owner was really helpful We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend

Everything. The apartment has 2 floors. 1st floor has living, dining room, kitchen pantry, small toilet/powder room and washing drying area. 2nd floor has A bath ,3 rooms with 2 rooms sharing a big balcony with sun lounger and the other one has a private balcony that we made use as our solarium so, EVEN TAN was made. REASON we LOVE it here. We travel to porto SAO BENTO from AGUDA station for 3.80€ back and forth. Sometimes from nearby GRANJA. Restaurant Zizi nearby serves good food and Fish Museum in front Has a good Bar. Sat and Sunday has a lot of people around the area and some shops close on Monday. Market is nearby, just take note that they have siesta time. 3 Coffee shops is also near the area.

A very comfortable and clean 2 storey apartment on the first and second floors. At the time we were there (October) a quiet location just a few doors from the sea, the coastal path and a 5minute walk from some really pleasant restaurants. A short walk, maybe a kilometer, from the railway station which, once you're got the CP app & ticket, provides a nice train ride into Porto - about 30mins.

The property was very close to the beach, spacious, clean, aired, comfortable beds, lovely balconies for noon drinks and very nicely decorated. The proprietary was very attentive, called us to check if everything was ok and if we need anything.

United KingdomEverything about this property is first class, location is perfect, apartment cleanliness perfect, size of apartment for 6 people perfect we could not fault anything. The apartment is only 100 metres to the beach, only 200 metre’s to a number of beachfront restaurants, only 300 metre’s to local shops and only 25 minute drive or 25 minute train journey to Porto for a lovely day out.
